Project Overview
THE VERY FIRST GERMAN/ENGLISH OBJECT SHOW!A parody of Electric Dreams (1984):
A quirky romantic sci-fi about Milkshakey, an architect, who moves into a new apartment and buys a computer named Edgar to help him organize his life. Milkshakey falls for Shelly, his neighbor and a cellist, but Edgar, who develops his own consciousness, also becomes infatuated with her. Chaos and comedy ensue as Edgar tries to win Shelly’s affection, messing with Milkshakey’s life in the process.
This is a short pilot episode. Pearl, Glowstick and Kerzy may not have much screentime in this, but the Rosy Pastel Buddies will become a running slice-of-life series, each episode being 3-4 Minutes!

Milkshakey is a shy, caring male with a knack for robotics and quirky inventions. Despite being very straight, his soft, girly and "femboyish" nature constantly leads people to assume he’s gay, a misunderstanding he’s absolutely dislikes! He has a sweet heart, a playful side, and a love for silly ideas that make him stand out in his own way.
He's the main character and falls in love with Shelly in the end! (Also portraying as 'Miles Harding')

Glowstick (Leuchstab) is a calm, laid-back glowstick who doesn’t shine as brightly as the others… unless he really wants to. A bit grumpy at times but never truly sad, he enjoys relaxing, yoga, and hanging out with friends. Stretchy and bendy like a real glowstick, he can glow on command, lighting up whenever he’s happy.
Despite being the only boy with Milkshakey, he doesn’t care about colors or teasing, he’s just here to go on adventures and enjoy life at his own pace!

Edgar is an AI on a fictional computer. While he was originally bought by Milkshakey to help aid in the development of an earthquake-proof brick, he later becomes sentient by pure accident.
Edgar has a passion for music after first being exposed to it by Shelly practicing Minuet in G Major, and they duet together (and it's beautiful!!). Both Edgar and Miles end up falling in love with Madeline, but Edgar grows more jealous throughout the film as he wishes to meet her himself.
(A robotic-like voice is RECOMMENDED. But you can hear some slight emotions in his voice.)

Shelly is a playful, adventurous, and "tomboyish" sea shell with the vibrant colors of the Lesbian Flag. Despite appearances, she insists she’s totally straight and that she isn't a lesbian, though everyone teases her about it. Brave and a little reckless, she loves diving into adventures, exploring the ocean, and enjoying salty snacks. She's very similar to Naily (from BFDI) >:3
She’s also gets together with a genderbent version of herself, a femboy Milkshake who claims they’re straight but acts totally gay!

Pearl (aka Espy or Pearly) is a brave and kind-hearted girl with psychic powers that let her levitate and defend herself, glowing bright pink with white eyes when she uses them. Thoughtful and careful by nature, she treasures her scarf and bow, rarely taking them off. Her magical jewel can occasionally grant advanced abilities like healing or mind reading, though they require much energy.
(She's inspired by Pearl from Eeveelution Squad, making her basically an espeon!)

Candle (aka Kerzy or Candley) is a shy, caring girl who loves pets, especially bunnies, and romantic books. Gentle and thoughtful, she prefers talking things out rather than fighting. As a candle, she can be “lit” without harm, even giving herself a fun wax-haircut in the process. Always ready to help and provide warmth, she’s a nurturing presence for those around her.
