Looey is a bright and cheerful Toon who's a part of a circus troupe. Despite this, he seems to have a more nervous side to himself which he doesn't usually show, most noticeable within his extraction lines—regardless, this only seems to arise in mild bouts of unease regarding the machines. Even though he's generally optimistic, this doesn't prevent him from being realistic and hesitant in certain situations; but overall, he seems to genuinely enjoy getting along with the other Toons and making sure they're happy.

Dazzle, is a rather gloomy, pessimistic Toon. He appears to have a rather negative outlook and slightly depressive personality, dismissing positive comments about him. After being complimented by Boxten, Dazzle says "I wish my best was enough...", which further suggests this. He also might be slightly anxious, as in his old extracting animation he is shown looking nervously to the side. However, he also cares about other toon's well-being, as shown in his dialogue with Tisha where he acts concerned and tells her not to overwork herself.
