Time Expeditioners Pilot Episode

Time Expeditioners Pilot Episode

Project Overview

Hey everyone, this casting call is for a new podcast-tv show hybrid me and my friend are coming up with, and it's all about time travel! In this podcast, a team of time travelers (all from different times) goes to different eras in the past and future and end up having crazy adventures!

In order to become a voice actor, you will have to have to audition for one of the open roles. Then, go to discord, friend me (my username is JonahDimesOfficial#8546), and tell me that you have auditioned for a certain role so that I can check it out. I will send you your results once I have gone through your audition!

Note: A few jokes within this series may be offensive to some audiences, as some characters are from the WW2 era. Audition at your own risk

By the way, if you agree to become a voice actor of Time Expeditioners, our main way of communicating will be through discord, so keep that in mind.

Also, this podcast will be available on Spotify, Google Podcasts, Breaker, and several other podcast platforms!

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Guy Honnes (from France in 1899)
open
Unpaid

Guy can be quite confused at some times, due to him being a prisoner of war as an aftermath of the Franco-Prussian war, leading to him having little to no educational experience. He is also easily annoyed.

Highish voice for a man his age

  • "Hey, what do these controls do?" "Oops-"

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Betty Clark (from USA in 1919)
closed
Unpaid
Role assigned to: tal

Betty Clark is a young science prodigy, coming from the early years of the 20th century. She is always looking outside the box, and her voice will always have a hint of curiosity in it when speaking. However, she speaks sharply whenever anyone offends women, as she is a women's rights activist.

  • "Anyways, anyone willing to use a good old fashioned time machine?"

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Arthur George Mainwaring (from UK in 1945)
closed
Unpaid
Role assigned to: Avissapiens

Arthur G. Mainwaring is often a snob and greatly respects rules. He likes to exaggerate everything, and also has an obsession with the tv show "Last of the Summer Wine", even though it started up after 1945. But, you know, he's a time traveler.

His voice is slightly deep and raspy.

  • "Richardson, we were so much better off in 1935! No war and we could deal with hot air! And snortleburg, stop picking on Pike, he's only fifteen. Not that bright but he's a growing boy!"

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Officer von Snortleburg (from Germany in 1945)
closed
Unpaid
Role assigned to: Jack Eli

Von Snortleburg's voice is often very loud as well as sharp. As he is a nazi from WW2, he is not very fond of Arthur Mainwaring and Joe Pike, who are both from the UK in 1945. He is often apathetic and very demanding.

  • "Yes, schtupid boy, stop zem British zombies from winning the war."

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Janet Moore (from Canada in 1986)
open
Unpaid

Janet has a high but quiet voice, which also reflects her personality. She is always on the passive side opposed to aggressive, due to her fear of getting in arguments with people.

  • "Hey, let’s try keeping it PG around here, okay?"

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Daniel Montes (from Brazil in 2002)
open
Unpaid

Daniel is often rude to others without being aware of it. He looks down upon people who are younger than him, like Atsushi, and treats them as if they know absolutely nothing. However, only on rare occasions is he aggressive about it. His voice tends to crack a lot, as it is in between high and low.

  • "Well, you’ve heard of world war two right? Let’s just say these guys aren’t gonna agree based on the circumstances they’ve been through."

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Oscar Harley (from Australia in 2020)
open
Unpaid

Oscar tends to be pretty chill, and is rarely ever seen panicking. He goes with the flow and often will state out the obvious. He also has a tendency to laugh, which annoys the rest of the team.

His voice is average for an 11 year old boy's.

  • "Honestly, I just want to time travel. It seems cool."

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Amy/Nova Richardson (from USA in 2040)
closed
Unpaid
Role assigned to: KristinePristine

Amy and Nova have vastly different personalities. Amy will always complain about everything, and is not the most happy person in the world. She is also quite arrogant and egocentric, and she likes making fun of her twin sister. Nova, on the other hand, is a huge nerd! She tries her best to be cheerful, but her anxiety sometimes gets the best of her.

Their voices are very similar, except Amy's is usually more harsh.

  • "Pfft, memes went out of the mainstream in like, 2030 or something." (Amy)

  • " I’d like to ride in Betty’s time machine, just because I’ve always been fascinated with history." (Nova)

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Atsushi Kondo (from Japan in 2091)
open
Unpaid

Due to Atsushi being the youngest one in the group, he is often overlooked. However, he is quite clever and does not like people seeing him as just a little kid. He also has never been a big fan of drama.

His voice is very high pitched.

  • "Hey, there’s no need to argue! We’re friends right?"

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Allivya Isaxonn (from Mars in 2667)
open
Unpaid

(Note that she has a Swedish accent, I did not have an option to select it in the accent tab) Allivya will freak out over the slightest things, and since she is quite forgetful, she often forgets her high-tech medications used to rid her of fear and worries. On the other hand, she can also be quite energetic and cheerful.

She has a high pitched voice, even for a female.

  • " Wait! I’d like to visit 22nd century Earth! To see how much things have changed!"
