Theris & Levana an original Visual Comic
Project Overview
*DEADLINE EXTENDED*
Theris and Levana is going to be a Visual Novel based story posted on Youtube through webisodes. So far I'm only looking for the characters for the first episode. But as more characters get added to the story, more roles will open up.
The story is about a drunkard swordsman named Theris, a critical mage named Levana, Levana's talking staff Woody and a cat anthro womanizing thief named Jack all while they take on quests that lead them through journeys of bonding and self discovery in a fantasy set world full of magic, monsters and plenty of mayhem!
Requirements:
-Clear voice.
-Good mic.
-Able to convey the characters well.
-Can commit to a long term project.
-Is willing to help with other parts of the project. (Proof-reading, discussing characters and possible story arcs, etc.) Just generally being able to be part of the team.

Voice acting tips-
The shop keeper has no set needs other than to sound impatient and to be an adult. Male or female.
I have to start drawing characters soon, so as soon as you're cast, we can start designing a character to fit your voice!

Woody was not originally a talking staff. Or just a staff in general. He was once human. And actually was a world history and geography teacher.
He's a know-it-all. A smart-alec. He tends to tease. He's the sarcastic friend who has a retort for everything. And he's juuust a bit spiteful towards Levana for turning him into a stick.
And yet through all that, he is the eminence grise; the wise word for the team and the one who has actually had some experience in the world. In all actuality, he's actually an adult and acts as the voice of reason at times.
So despite being witty and sarcastic, he does have a lot of knowledge and a deeper understanding then most would give to a stick at first glance. His fate is currently tied to Levana's though, as her chaotic magic is what made him; and her chaotic magic will have to fix him.
Voice acting tips-
He has a medium ranged voice, he could be played deeper. . . . But mostly stick to having a theatrically sarcastic voice. He's interesting! He's entertaining! Play him witty and almost sly; he's going to tease and jab. But it still comes from a good place. Almost like a fun uncle or a big brother.

Look who’s the stiff now… *laughs* All I’m suggesting is that maybe finding some friends who AREN’T inanimate objects might help with that habit of talking to yourself.
Why not take a bounty job, you'd meet people, maybe even kill those people… *mumbles* or curse them into a stick… Who knows!
And it’d be an easy money-maker! Zap, crackle, easy cash! Worst case scenario you wind up needing another walking stick.

Theris Gudmund Manhig Bobert Amulius Von Hunter is an adventurer from some very noble backgrounds actually.
He just refuses to show it. He loves to drink, party, and to overall just live what he believes to be a 'carefree' life as an adventurer. He can act like a child sometimes, being bubbly or even just straight out oblivious.
But underneath that forced exterior is actually a man. A man who is desperately trying to run away from an overwhelming responsibility that he knows will one day catch up to him. SO, until then, he does his best to be this guiless, spontaneous, trusting and overly friendly person.
Voice acting tips-
He has a medium ranged voice. He plays his ego as a 'hero' type. It would be best if the actor could switch easily between being bubbly and fun, and then stoic and serious.
