Welcome to Starr Park!
Starr Park is a fictional, vibrant theme park in the world of Brawl Stars consisting of many attractions and rides. The timeline is set in the 1980s.
While it may seem like a fun destination on the outside, there is a hidden controversy within the park due to the questionable, creepy methods in their day-to-day operation, the lack of safety measures, and an unknown entity causing the workers at Starr Park to become hostile and brawl each other.
Under the manipulation and control of the Starr Park Head Corporation, the workers (referred to as Brawlers) are forced to work for Starr Park forever, and are brainwashed to believe that Starr Park is the source of eternal happiness and are never allowed to leave!
While this was a background premise for the characters residing in the park, the actual focus of this project will revolve around roleplaying, narrating, and promoting voice-acting content in the Brawl Stars community, something that has never been done before.
Project Details:
The project will consist of producing a combination of video shorts and long-form videos, which will bring the game's cast to life through voice acting, storytelling and community interaction. Each brawler is assigned a distinct “role type” that defines how they react to Brawl Stars content, using their perspectives and personalities to engage with the community. This will be included in their respective descriptions.
As a disclaimer, you will be credited as an unofficial voice actor for all posted creator content under the Supercell Creator Terms of Service, which is non-affiliated with Supercell, Tencent, or the Brawl Stars IP.
Requirements:
Must have Discord to communicate (or email if no Discord)
Make sure to have good audio quality (no background noises)
Reliable communication and availability upon request
Put emotion and emphasis in your audition! Refer to the reference video links first before you audition! Mimic the character's voice to the best of your ability, which can increase the chance of selection!
To be cast for the role, I am primarily looking for a pitch perfect or near-equivalent to the voice of the official VA! As the target audience for Brawl Stars is quite large, as a creator it would be ideal for them to not notice a difference!
Payment Structure:
Payment is $0.10 USD/word (Indie Rate)
For Youtube Shorts, most VA work will fall around $8-15 USD (~10 USD avg)
For Long Form Youtube Videos, most VA work will fall around $20-40 USD per video
Minimum payment for support roles is $1 USD
Important Notes:
This position is commission-based, where requests depend on the current events in Brawl Stars
Each commission request will contain a script, total pay, word count, deadline (if applicable) as well as a short description of the video prompt
Videos will be published on multiple social media platforms (Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, etc), and you will receive full credit at the end of each video
