Project Overview
The Wanderer's Journey is an Audiodrama about 2 survivors of a massacure Valcory Flyware and Freddy Windstorm who must go across the land of Starock to find a new home. Series does both happy and scary/sad episodes both covers off as a world building type series for a novel I am trying to write. Series will focus on interacting and observing many animals and plants that inhabit the world, learning of the culture, and facing of enemies like slavers.
Series has some swearing in it (mostly made up swearing though), themes of slavery and light torture, some gore scenes and implied adult themes. While the series is going to try and stay PG with some darker moments here and there.
As well as of currently this series can not compencate for roles. In the future this MIGHT change but as of now it is a non paying role.

Important note is that characters from many different backgrounds, sexual orientations, likes and dislikes, as well as weeknesses and strengths will be featured. Even the 2 main leads are bisexual for the female and gay for the male. I will not tolerate any discrimination or hate given to other cast memebers and anyone else who joins, and ask anyone who is uncomfortable auditioning for a character who is of a different background and sexual orientation then they are to please not audtion. We have had this problem in the past and lost us time due to delays and people leaving the production for this reason

Voice type: While Freddy does not necessarily have a certain kind of accent, Freddy does have a very specific voice style. Freddy’s voice is a young adult of the age 17 or even as young as 15. He is generally very sassy, confident, and even at times very positive, so note that this will have to play into the character’s voice.
Personality: As stated above, Freddy is very sassy. He often times will indeed make smart remarks and little jokes to people to get them the same order to get them to stop doing what they were doing. He is not afraid to speak his mind and is very confident this guy is practically a ball of confidence in this little body. He can be serious, however, and often times is very supporting and caring to Valcory. He’s often her shoulder to cry on, her ear to listen to, and the voice of reason when she can’t be. She considers him a best friend, or big brother and he considers her, his best friend, and little sister. However, just because Freddy is generally happy, he does have his moments of weakness or fear. Often times he gets panic attacks that are incredibly stressful situations and appear in poor times without his control. Often caused when he is too scared, fearful, near a slave camp, or when he is getting mad at someone. If he doesn’t calm down, some of them can last even up to 30 minutes. In these situations Valcory is the one who takes care of him instead of the other way around, and it was only her or Klaus, who was ever able to calm him down.
Background: Freddy’s character was born and raised in the Slavery fields, from his birth until he was the age of seven. After this he was brought to the slave chain and was carried around different areas from his northern home to the deserts that the Flyware family live in. After being bought by the Flyware’s he was surprisingly treated very well and was considered to be their personal slave. After two years of service, Freddy was granted opportunity to work full-time as a normal civil person instead of the slave with his freedom being bought for him by the family. Freddy gladly accepted and grew up alongside their children seeing himself as a friend and the family seeing him as one of their own. When Freddy was 13 and helping to work as an architect inside the mind digging out what he could, he saved the life of Klaus from occasion that happened due to poor rock work. Though clouds came out unscathed Freddy’s leg was trapped under a set of rocks, and although he did not need his leg amputated he did have a limp afterwards due to not getting proper treatment in time. This is resulted in Freddy having a brace and for the Brace to be used as a kind of comedic joke for whenever he was around Klaus and for when he was around others who were complaining. After saving Klaus, Freddy end up becoming romantically involved with Klaus and vice versa. The two had a relationship for a total of 4 years and if it wasn’t for the events of the radio drama probably would’ve gotten married. In the radio drama he works at keeping Valcory happy and not thinking about the death that happened because the massacre. Being that she is the last of the Flyware’s and that he promised her father he would look after her, Freddy works hard to make sure she is okay and is bright a spirit as he can get her. This doesn’t always work though, and sometimes he messes up, but Freddy is much like a dog, and that he is loyal as can be to Valcory and the Flywares is that he once served.
Important things to note: the VA who chooses this role must be willing to commit to a long, long, long term project. We cannot have a voice actor switching out until a season if we need to but I am hoping we do not need to change voice actors.

Sassy: Ohhh do you hear that? Sounds like the amount of care I give about this whole thing, which is nothing.
Sad: Sometimes…Sometimes I think it is all a dream you know. Like I am going to wake up with Klaus shaking me telling me it was just a nightmare…and I have to remind myself that he is dead and I will never get to see him again…But you know except for this locket, I can’t remember him too well, just snippets and memories that sometimes are foggy. I can’t remember his calm voice, or remember the touch of his hands…it’s all just fuzzy…Except when I look at you and your eyes. I look at those big bright eyes and I see the same ones Klaus use to have…those kind, gentle eyes that just light up everything like the sun. Only come out when you laugh though geuss that is why I try to make you laugh and tease yeah so much…so they can come out and just for a second I can feel like a part of him is still here…and maybe somehow… he can see me through your eyes.
Angry: Don’t you dare think you’re the only one that lost something Val! I lost everything to Remember! I lost my love, my home and almost everyone I considered family! Their gone because of those monsters! I cried just as much as you, I have hurt just as much as you, I have suffered alongside you this whole time! So don’t you dare tell me I couldn’t understand you dirt breathed, pebble brained, rock head!
