The Shattered Realms - Minecraft Roleplay Movie
Project Overview
THE SHATTERED REALMS
Welcome to our new roleplay! I hope you stay and take a look around!
The Overworld, Nether, and End have always been separate, balanced realms. But after an ancient artifact — the Obsidian Heart — is stolen from the Council of Realms, cracks start appearing between worlds. Strange mobs, warped landscapes, and dangerous anomalies start leaking into the Overworld.
Our main characters must track the thief, repair the rifts, and uncover the truth — which may not be as simple as good vs evil.
IMPORTANT:
MUST HAVE DISCORD. Please in your auditions leave your discord handle for an easy way to get in contact with you.
Must be preferably 18+. As most of our cast members are 18+ it makes sense for the rest of the cast to be matching in age.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY... HAVE FUN! Here at Rose Valley Studios it's important for you all to have fun and enjoy your time working with us!

Calm, thoughtful, precise. Slightly awkward in social situations. Alder,
- male young adult
(Concerned, thoughtful) "These notes... they talk about experiments. Dangerous ones. Someone was trying to pull the Nether into the Overworld."
(skeptical, curious) A signal? From inside the End? That’s… not possible.
(startled) That… that wasn’t us.
Witty, sarcastic, curious, loves riddles and treasure hunts. Doesn’t like being told what to do.
- female young adult
(lightly sarcastic, masking unease) Guess whoever stayed here didn’t get the “keep the campfire small” memo.
(shouting, adrenaline) If we don’t go through now, we’re cube stew!
(holding it up) Well… that’s familiar.
Fierce, loyal, protective — but impatient with slow plans. Has a blunt way of speaking.
- female young adult
(battle-ready, intense) Move! That thing’s bigger than my house!
(dry, wary) My bet’s on “falling apart.”
(low, tense) We shouldn’t be here. You don’t know what’s waiting in there. I do.
Soft-spoken, cryptic, frustratingly vague. Rarely fights directly — manipulates situations instead.
- male adult
(measured, cryptic, almost taunting) You protect them from the truth… but for how long?
(slow, deliberate) Do you know why your masters built the Heart? Not to protect… but to bind.
(calm, almost pleased) You’ve just taken your first step toward the truth. Now… choose your side.
Charismatic leader, wears enchanted gold-trimmed robes. Outwardly noble but hides the truth about a lot of things.
- female young adult
(formal, commanding but polite) Citizens, remain calm. I am High Chancellor Veyra of the Council of Realms. We know what happened here — and what you’ve found.
(measured, with quiet authority) That shard belongs to the Council. For the safety of all, you will bring it to us. The balance of the realms depends on it.
(firmer, with edge) I would advise against… holding it yourselves.
Provides the party with ancient maps pointing toward shard locations, but each map has riddles.
- female young adult
(calm but serious, mysterious undertone) I’ve seen marks like that rift before… in old scrolls. They speak of a ‘Heart’ — the Obsidian Heart — said to bind the worlds together.
(firm, quietly insistent) There’s a place — a ruin. I don’t go there anymore… but you should. Maybe you’ll find answers.
(quiet, focused) This is where the map ends… the air feels wrong here. Be careful.
Gentle End scholar, secretly doubts the Council’s methods.
- female young adult
(soft, deliberate) These pulses are not random. They are a signal… and they come from the End.
(serious, with an undercurrent of worry) Possible… and happening. If you want answers, you’ll need to follow it to its source.
(urgent, calling over the noise) The signal… it’s forcing the gate open!
An empty voice, floating around the world.
(faint, eerie mimic of Mara) The ruins… older than villages…
Village elder who gives the party their first quest and warns of “cracks in the sky.”
(urgent, slightly breathless) Adventurers! You’ve come at the right time — something’s wrong. There’s a tear in the heavens! And… the air — it smells of sulfur!
(shouting over chaos, commanding) They’re coming for us! Hold the village — keep them away from the houses!
(grave, with warning) That… thing… was no villager. And that shard you found — keep it close. I fear it’s only the beginning.
