Resistance is set two years prior into the zombie apocalypse.
The Resistance was born from the remnants of a defunct military organization, this group of individuals refused to bow to the ideals or regulations of any former/existing faction. Their independence was their creed, their territory sacrosanct against all who sought to claim it.
Despite their isolationist stance, they found themselves reluctantly drawn into negotiations with the High Council, formed by three individuals from the Resistance who disagreed with having no government.
An uneasy agreement was soon forged: the High Council divided their lands and people into three main groups — the Silent Stones, the Exiled Rogues, and TSR.
Shortly afterward, the former Resistance faction that had opposed any form of governance became history.
Despite their differences, they were forced to comply with the High Council's rules. To keep the peace, the rules were simple. One must not trespass on the other territories without clear authorization to do so. This rule also applied to the High Council. That was until.. everything changed.
The Three Factions:
The First Faction: The Silent Stones, a group of individuals that are reclusive and harbor little tolerance for outsiders on their territory. They disregard the rules set by the High Council, demonstrating a clear indifference towards their regulations and authority.
The Second Faction: The Exiled Rogues, emerged as a splinter faction from the once-united Resistance, their descent into treachery staining their legacy. Abandoned by their principles, they turned to darker paths, embracing violence and manipulation as their means to an end.
Lastly, The Third Faction: T.S.R, an elite military unit deployed both before and during the apocalypse, charged with the harrowing mission of tracking down and returning escaped test subjects to an illegal laboratory. Operating under the dire circumstances of societal collapse, they executed their duty with ruthless efficiency and unwavering resolve. Each member possessed specialized skills in reconnaissance, combat, and crisis management, essential for navigating the chaotic remnants of civilization. Authorized to use lethal force against non-compliant subjects, they upheld strict protocols to ensure the containment and elimination of any threat posed by these individuals, safeguarding what remained of a crumbling world. But, this faction has never been seen in person.

Role: The founder of the High Council and a member of the Silent Stones, he is Jax's father. Despite his occasional naivety, he always prioritizes his son's well-being over his own.

(Naive/Annoyed) “I’ve tried making a deal with them, but now everything is a mess.”
(Upset/Angry) “Enough with the games! I want to know what’s really going on with you. Why lie?”

Ethnicity: British, Deep rough voice
Personality: Cunning, Smart, Ruthless
Role: Feared for his cunning and ruthless nature, he commands the Exiled Rogues. Despite his strained relationship with his brother, he took Ivory in as his own, teaching her everything she needed to survive.
(Angry/Annoyed) “I don’t care where they have gone, Rex, Ivory is the least of my problems. It’s that kid that she has with her that concerns me.”
(Cold/Calculated) “You cooperate, and maybe my friend won’t have to introduce you to his… persuasive methods.”

Species: Wolf
Ethnicity: American, Deep rough voice
Personality: Rude, Arrogant, Ruthless at times
Role: He spent his childhood in an orphanage, fleeing at the age of thirteen. Alucard found him, and took him in, and trained him to emulate his own ruthless nature. He now serves as Alucard’s trusted lieutenant.
(Firm/Warning) “Alucard doesn’t take too kindly to trespassers. I suggest you turn around and go back the way you came.”
(Rude/Annoyed) “You’ve caused enough trouble here. Now leave! Or I will have to make you leave by using force.”

Role: He is rumored to be mute, adding to his unpredictability. He is exceptionally skilled in stealth tactics.

Personality: Cold, Ruthless, Heartless
Role: He takes pleasure in tormenting his victims, his brutal nature earned him admiration from Alucard for instilling fear in others.
(Cold/Calculated) “Would you like me to display all of your remains on the ground? I take pleasure in tormenting others. If I were you, I’d suggest you start talking… now.”
(Cold/Sinister) “Your daughter’s wretched little life means nothing to me… What exactly makes you think I won’t.. kill her?”

Species: Snow Leopard
Ethnicity: Russian, Rough voice
Personality: Smart, Agile, Ruthless
Role: Alucard took her under his wing, nurturing her and imparting survival skills. As she matured, she became her father’s first lieutenant and took in a child named Dawn. However, she departed soon after, leaving under mysterious circumstances.
(Saddened/Disbelief) “How could he, my own father, unleash such violence on his own grandchild? The betrayal cut deeper than any knife, shattering my trust in him that day. Now, my daughter has to live with the physical scars every day."
(Angry/Calculated) “Alucard? My father? He is no father of mine after what he did to me and my daughter. And YOU. You sided with him on everything! I should’ve finished you off a long time ago. But you have information that I need. Now give it up.”

Personality: Caring, Empathetic, Kind
Role: She is a close friend of Kairos, Jax’s father. She has vowed her life to protect his son at all costs, a promise that she holds dear.
(Skeptical/Calculated) “Kairos… It’s not always that simple. What if it's a trap? There is only one person that knows Alucard’s true intentions. You should speak with him before you go to Alucard’s territory.”
(Caring/Reasoning) “Kairos, think of your son! He needs his father. Do you believe abandoning him would improve his life? Your son is all you have left in this world. He needs you to teach him how to survive in this harsh world. If you're not there for him, this world will devour him.”

Personality: Arrogant, Naive, Selfish
Role: As the leader of the Silent Stones, she exudes arrogance and naivety, often displaying poor judgment. She swiftly exiles dissenters who challenge her decisions.
(Arrogant/Rude) “You’re not worth my time. Move along.”
(Rude/Selfish) “I don’t appreciate you disagreeing with me. This is what’s best for everyone! If you don’t like what I do here? I can gladly have you exiled.”

Personality: Understanding, Caring, Selfless
Role: Izetta’s right-hand man. He is very understanding toward others and doesn’t see others like Izetta does. But is very limited on what he can and cannot do. He is reluctant to face exile, wanting to ensure his daughter’s safety.
(Pleading/Desperate) "Listen, I wish I could help you, truly I do. But I have a daughter—she's only six years old—and if I'm exiled, Izetta will kill her. You have to understand, please…"
(Upset/Scared/Crying) NO! Leave my daughter out of this!! She has nothing to do with this!! Please, I’ll do anything—just don’t hurt her. She’s all I have. Please, I beg of you, don’t hurt her! Please, don’t do this—NOOO!!”

Role: Ivory took Dawn in as her adopted daughter. Dawn is generally reserved around others but can prove highly valuable in specific circumstances.
