The Poisoner's Piece - Trailer [Reel]
Project Overview
Hi everyone! I am working on creating a trailer for my comic, The Poisoner's Piece, as it approaches its two year anniversary. The trailer will contain bits of dialogue from the comic. At this time, I have three characters listed but I would love to make more of these if everything goes well.
[Deadline extended to June!]
Genre: Romance/Medieval Fantasy

The Poisoner's Piece is a lgbtq+, slowburn romance based off of Dungeons and Dragons homebrew lore. It is about a poisoner sent to kill a king - but things don't go as planned...
Because the story deals with mature topics, I am asking that those who apply be 18+.
Random stuff to note:
Will be posted on Tik Tok, Instagram, Youtube, and Bluesky
I want to credit everyone involved! Full credit will be given with your name and a link to whatever you'd like
There are Scottish-inspired dialects in this story
This is not a professional project and my first time putting something like this together, so if it goes well, I'd love to pursue paid options in future projects
I am comfortable contacting via email or discord
This comic is a LGBTQ+ romance; if that makes you uncomfortable, then this project is not for you

[Chapter 41; internal thought - a growing intensity, like a possessiveness. It ends in anger, but not a yell] It is what needs to be done except...no. He is MY target.
[Chapter 2; Smooth and sly - speaking to an audience there to watch him dance so he's performing] Dear distinguished guests, I am the last performance you shall see. Turn your gazes to my stage. I crave your attention.
[Chapter 23; He's staring at Colum, internal thought - soft, confused, and with no idea that what he's feeling is love] Ah, how strange... My heart hurts.
Main lead of the story. Colum (pronounced col-lum) is a fantasy king with a Scottish inspired accent. He speaks softly and warmly and is a serious but gentle person.

[Chapter 14; helpful and soft, speaking to someone in panic] My mother had a trick, though. She'd tell me, 'Colum, if yer heart has forgotten itself, ye can borrow the beat of another. Yer heart will remember its place soon.'
[Chapter 34; sad, mildly bitter, softly - almost as if he's musing to himself] It's like a poison, this loneliness.
