The town was incorporated on February 7th, 1853 by one man who built the town from the ground up with the help of friends he brought over from Europe.
Well, why don't we dive in and learn more about Pawnee? Let's go.
You are a simple man who lives alone. You have discovered a figure just standing in the woods next to your home.

You are a distraught and frightened man who has just watched his daughter die from something unexplained. You are being blamed for killing her by the police.

You are an emergency call operator who has gotten call about a man watching over children at a park.
Pawnee Sheriffs Department.
Alright ma'am, someone is on the way now.
Just stay on the call, someone will be there in about 5 minutes.
You are a mom who has taken her child to the park. You look in horror to see a strange man standing just off into the woods watching over the playground full of children. You call the police.
There's some man standing just off into the wood over here at the park.
He looks so pale and lanky, he's freaking me out.
Please hurry, he's looking at me now!
You are a police officer interrogating a man. It is believed he killed his own daughter just hours ago.
So, what happened?
Sir, you were found with your daughter in your hands.
