-when the royals families baby was born in was not a joyous occasion for it looked nothing like them. Thy threw her out into the forest for nature to kill her off. Months later they bore another daughter she was perfect in every way and some time after that they bore another girl. Times past and the youngest is getting the throne. Pissing off the middle child and making Ava plan her revenge quicker. Life isn’t fair for them

Ava is the main character in this story, as a baby she was tossed into the forest to die but the creatures of the night saved her. She has a dark power. 16 years old now she takes away the children who have no hom/family to protect them and care for them. Something she was denied from her own family. She doesn’t care about what goes on in the palace but she seeks revenge. She hates her family for what they did.

ruby is a bookworm always reading and she loves to find out new things! She’s practiced her whole life preparing to be queen but that shatters when her younger sister is deemed heir to the throne

The queen is really nice but always listens to her husband. She was made only to serve him and so she knows nothing more. She hates herself for giving in and letting Roman get rid of a life she created. She has little dialogue

He’s an evil king who cares nothing more than himself and being the best kingdom. He was the one that made the final decision to get rid of Ava instead of giving her a chance. He has little lines like the queen.

Prince Zack is like Ava, different. Except instead of killing him they threw him in the dungeon until he learned to control himself. He was down there until her was 13 where he finally learned how to control it (a witch helped him out)

Mother is a creature of the forest who took in Ava and raised her. She also takes other children with no home and acts as a motherly figure
