The masquerade ball (short animation)
Project Overview
the masquerade ball is based on a series of dreams I had.
a quick synopsis of the story: a young man called Edward wakes up at a masquerade ball in a house he does not recognise. in his panic he runs downstairs into the waltz accidentally getting partnered with the host, who remains unnamed. they dance and some hypnosis things happen and the dance ends. the talk outside on the courtyard as it becomes more clear the sinister nature of the party's host. he places his mask onto Edwards face and disappears into the night without a trace.
there is more to the story but i dont believe i will have time to animate that much (LOL) but there could be a part two. please bare this in mind if you audition. :]

Edward is a young man in his early twenties but i dont mind if any teenagers want to do his voice! he should sound nerdy (if you know what i mean) think like neil cicirega (no hate i love you neil)
hes given minimal context kinda like a blank slate but hes very average looking (brown hair slim build and glasses)

the party host is a mysterious figure who should sound full and smooth. he doesn't talk much but when he does the whole room turns to listen so he should sound bold
