When an experiment being contained in a lab on Earth loses control and escapes, a mass virus spreads to the world, infecting and mutilating anything it comes into contact with. Although we are unsure whether or not the source of the infection is still present, we do know that it is still on the rise. Those infected by this virus are called "Walkers". These people have the ability to transfer and spread the infection through bites and scratches, or even coming into contact with another's open wound. The "Walkers" are also unaware of their own mind, being almost controlled solely by this parasitic-like infection. There is so far, no way to contain this pandemic.
The group soon figures out that among them, are multiple "Walkers", though not fully infected.. now they're faced with two decisions. Abandon those who have been infected or figure out some way to control and slow the effects of the infection until they find a way to destroy it and the source completely.
This project contains: Swearing, LGBTQ+ characters and themes, dark themes, and conflict.
Hullo hi! It's been a while, and I'm aware that I should've made this update many months ago, but I got caught up with some things IRL. But anyway- At the moment, this project is on pause due to exams and school, however it should continue to progress within the next month or two. I do still have to discuss continuing this progress with my partner, but as far as I'm aware, things should continue progressing as normal come July (mid to end). Thank you for your patience <3
He's a sweet person, with a caring personality, thougu not without the small exception of an occaisional snap. He can be a bit too caring at times, though that never hurt anyone, right?
[Panicked] "Hurry up! We don't have much time!"
[Happy] "Sure! I love doing anything!"
[Anxious] "w-well.. we aren't totally sure yet.."
Irritable and sassy at times, and not taking too kindly to Uzi. However, when it comes down to it, she can be a bit of a softie (not often though)
[Pondering] "so this gives us two options, and not a lot of time.."
[Urgent] "Hurry up you two!"
[Annoyed] "that's just some kid Nick found"
An "angsty teen". she tends to stick with the main group that they've put together, and tries to do her best to help out where she can, even if she seems a bit irritable at times
[Annoyed] "Bite me!"
[Tired] *yawn* "mornin.."
[Happy] "look! We made it!"
Basically Uzi but green and runs off mostly Monster energy drinks. She tends to hang around with Tara, and keeps to herself unless it's really necessary.
[Neutral] "better get some rest before the others wake up"
[Sweet] "mornin, Suki! Pancakes smell good!"
[Annoyed/unimpressed] "Tallulah? Really? Are you trying to get the group killed?"
Much like Vanessa, she can be irritable and sassy, always on high alert and incredibly suspicious of Uzi due to her being infected with the "Virus". she sticks around mostly with Willow and can be a bit.. off putting at times

[Irritated] "Move out of the way, Suki."
LEAD ROLE!! A sweet and caring person, acting as both the mother of the group, alongside being the "doctor" and "chef" of the group. She always does her best to make sure everyone's doing okay. (Zoe's love interest )
[Out of breath] "that was.. too close for comfort-.."
[Happy] "Mornin, Willow!"
[Nervous] "I-I uh- I'm making pancakes if you.. want some-?"

She's very defensive and cares about a lot of the members in the group, especially Suki and Tallulah. She's also infected, but not all of them know, other than Suki.. for now. (Suki's love interest)

The newest member of the group. she's a bit skittish and on edge around most of the group, but slowly warms up to Suki and Zoe, seeing them as people she can trust. (she's also infected)
[Kind] "I'd like that! I feel accepted by the two of you.."
[Nervous] "dyou.. want help?"
[Confused] "Feathers..? Why are there feathers?"
Quite the quiet person, and also another infected member of the group. She keeps to herself and usually only talks to her sister Lotus, who is the only one who knows she's infected. She also seems to have a personality disorder of sorts, potentially DID? nobody really knows..
[Nervous] "she's so on edge lately.."
[Startled] "huh- oh! Right, sorry!"
[Reassuring] "We got this, don't worry!"
This is a result of Ophelia's "personality disorder". Iniko talks a bit weird, using "we" instead of "I", etc. And she tends to be... psychotic, and apathetic towards the other members of the group
[Playful] "aw c'mon! We've been so bored!"
[Intimidating] "we'll give you a warning now. Threaten us again and you'll regret it"
[Neutral] "eh, not the most out of the norm thing we've seen"
Ophelias sister. She can be awkward at times, though can also be pretty adventurous. Most often, she's spotted drawing or listening to music when she isn't out helping the others.
[Tired/groggy] "ugh.. mornin.."
[Confused] "wait- who's that?"
[Anxious] "I don't think I should.. say it.."
She can be irritable, much like Tara and Vanessa, but has empathy and a bit of a soft spot for the people in the group. She can also be a bit of a jerk.
[Wincing] "gah- dammit"
[Defensive] "what is your problem?!"
[Tired/Groggy] *yawn* "Am I done now?"
Bossy, irritable and condescending, Jessica is the leader of a small group of her and two others, mostly targeting survivors either for fun or to steal any resources they may have. Jessica was originally a part of our main group when it was just Nick, Vanessa, and Uzi, however a falling out between them caused her to abandon them and start her own group
[Annoyed] "move it, moron"
[Impatient] "just give us what we want, and we'll go."
[Fake Happy] "Wow! You finally did something right!"
Co-leader of Jessica's group. He's constantly on edge and incredibly easy to piss off. He won't hesitate to defend or attack anybody who crosses him or Jessica, he's also a bit harsh on Michael during scavenging missions and just in general
[Annoyed] "Hurry it up, Michael!"
[Formal] "I appreciate it, Jessica"
[Irritated] "The hell d'you think you're doing?"
Cautious, on edge, and a bit of a people pleaser, Michael is the final member of Jessica's group. He usually just assists with the work others don't wanna do, or helps out Ace on scavenging missions.
[Nervous] "Right sorry!"
[Happy] "Ah, thanks, Ace!"
[Formal] "Right. I'll get on that right away"
In charge of editing voice lines, whether that be adjusting tone and volume, adding affects, or fixing background noise. An unpaid but highly appreciated and helpful role.
