Project: The Immortal Thor – Fan Audio Adaptation
Overview:
This is a fandub, non-profit, non-commercial project created purely for fun, creativity, and love of the Marvel comic lore, specifically Thor & Loki. Our goal is to bring the panels to life through voice acting, cinematic audio, and visual enhancement, while keeping the project fully unofficial and free.
Purpose:
To explore creative storytelling, giving new voice and life to existing comic panels.
To engage a team of talented individuals in a collaborative, organized, and playful environment.
To create immersive, high-quality audio-visual content that fans can enjoy while respecting copyright laws (no commercial gain).
How it Works:
Each chapter will be accompanied by three short Riddle Clips.
These riddles contain parts of a “password” required to unlock the full main chapter audio-visual content.
Fans will solve the riddles to access the corresponding main chapter, creating an interactive and engaging experience.
Scope:
Work covers Riddle Short Clips (short, lore-based riddles integrated with the story) and Main Chapters (full chapter audio-visual adaptation).
The project strictly follows existing comic panels; no external or unrelated source material may be used unless noted by the Director.
Team members include Voice Actors, Video Editors, Audio Engineers, Story & Riddle Writers, Managers, Producers, and Director.
Expectations:
Creativity and collaboration: All members are encouraged to bring their best ideas while respecting others’ work.
Commitment: Regular participation is essential; absence without notice over 3 days may lead to removal from the project.

Manage the Voice Actor Hub from the very start, assigning recording tasks for the chapter (script is already provided).
Receive edited sections from Main Chapter Video Editors, even partial frames, and deliver them along with recorded voices to the Audio Engineer team for final mixing.
Keep continuous coordination with the Director, ensuring progress and quality are maintained until the chapter is complete.
Maintain workflow efficiency and resolve any issues that arise during production.

Coordinate, supervise, and ensure smooth workflow for the Riddle Short Clips project.

Assign chapters to Story Writers and ensure their story ideas are completed and passed to the Riddle Writers.
Oversee the Riddle Writers, ensuring their riddles are integrated with the story and ready for production.
Deliver the full script to the Video Editor team for visual production.
Review the completed script and announce to the Voice Actor Hub who will record their parts for the video.
After the Video Editor team finishes editing, send the edited video along with the recorded voices to the Audio Engineer team for final mixing.

Supervise the entire workflow of both Riddle Short Clips and Main Chapter teams, ensuring smooth operation and accountability.

Understanding of project workflow and the Thor & Loki comic lore.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire production process for both Riddle Short Clips and Main Chapter teams.
Ensure all team members are completing their assigned tasks efficiently; intervene only if a member is underperforming or not adhering to the workflow.
Monitor attendance and participation; if a member is absent for over 3 days without reason, report to the Directorso the External Producer can recruit a replacement and remove the absent member from the server.
Maintain project consistency, helping teams stay aligned with deadlines and production standards.
