Introducing The House in BearFall Woods: The short analog horror video in the making!Once upon a Time in the BearFall Woods many years ago..
a young canine named Seline finds a house in the woods after walking endlessly finding the exit to go home. She curiously wanders inside, treating her hungry and tired self before being introduced by the house's kind-hearted owners that pay her a friendly welcome. Based off of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Written by English author Robert Southey
🌈🩵 This short analog horror is one of many I've wanted to tackle on for quite some time for the fun of it~! Feel free to participate and have fun! REQUIREMENTS:Must be 18+ to participate
Recordings must not have background noise, sounding clear and not too close to the microphone
Scripts and Voice Lines will be exchanged via Discord via DMs (Preferably!) or E-mail!

This is the narrator, who's role will take place in the beginning of the short analog to the end.
Voice Description: A mid-tone pitched woman, British accent and soft toned!
(Welcoming, happy) "Hello, I am the narrator, it's my pleasure to make your acquaintance."
(Calm, neutral) "You may know this tale, yet.. Not know the true story behind it.." (mini-pause, voice turns inviting and warm) Why not I share it with you?"
(Calm, neutral) "Did they live happily ever after? When will this all unfold?" (mini-pause before voice turns slightly deeper and a bit monotoned) "..Only time will tell.."
The main protagonist of the short. An off-white French poodle who is naive, curious and slightly timid when meeting new people. Selene loves wandering around, discovering new things and enjoying her warm meals every now and then!
Her voice: Soft toned & high-pitched, has a British accent!
Inspiration: Eden Starling from Barbie in the Christmas Carol movie
(NOTE: It was hard finding a more straight-forward video about Eden, this is the best one I could find!)

(Soft-Toned) "Hello.. My name is Seline Heartwells, I come from St. Warmhugs, not far from the woods.. Care to join me on a stroll?"
(Excited and bubbly) "Oh, the thrill of the outdoors! no matter where my feet takes me, I always find new things to discover." (Giggles)
"BearFall Woods is known to be the largest in the world, many stories have been told from there.. Many secrets not yet discovered! How can I not go? I would never forgive myself if I never had the chance to step foot into the woods!" (Mini-pause, before she bursts into excitement) "What are we waiting for? Let's go, let's go! Let's dive into the uknown!"
The youngest of all the characters in the short! Of all the characters, this one becomes the closest to Seline. Seeming to look up to her, admiring her adventurous spirit as he too enjoys wandering the woods and finding new things. Though, due to his love for adventuring; he can get himself in trouble, ending up being scolded by his parents.
Voice: Child voice: High-pitched with a British accent

(Curious and confused) "Hey you! I never seen you before.. Are you new around these parts? And.. Were you the one who ate my supper?"
(Giggles) "You're no bear, that's for sure! If you are one.. I never seen a bear like you before!" (Looks at you, thinking) "Hmm.. You don't have a tail, no fur.. Did someone shaved your fur off? Why do your paws look like that? What are you?" (He asks innocently)
"Want a bear hug? My dad taught me how to give them! You deserve all the hugs, and lots of love! Come here!" (He giggles)
This gentle mama bear loves to nurture others, even when to strangers! Bringing them into her home and taking care of them as long as possible.
Voice: Mid-toned, welcoming, sweet and motherly with a British accent

(giggles) "Hello there darling, I'm Mrs. Bear. The pleasure is all mine! You must be new around these parts.. You don't seem to be from here.." (Mini-Pause) "My nose tells me you are from elsewhere, but where exactly.. I'm not quite sure.."
"Please! Do come in to our humble home, you must be hungry. Don't be shy, dear! Do tell me, what would you like to eat? I can cook just about anything your heart desires."
"Do stay as long as you like, please! You are no burden in these parts, but a part of our... Family." (Saying "Family" in a slight monotone)
The biggest bear in the woods! He's not really expressive, but he is a hardworking fella. Loves to take his own strolls in the woods and help nurture his family.
Voice: Deep, grumpy, can sound threatening- Has a British accent.
Inspiration: Claude Frollo from the Hunchback of Notre Dame

"First you enter my woods, then you enter my home.. You are fortunate my wife let you in here.. For if it was me, you'd been kicked out long ago..."
"I only bear one son.. He's learning to become stronger. Sure, it's taking time, but.. I'm sure that someday it will all pay off, with the help of his old man."
We're looking for an animator who has a passion working with horror themed elements. Capturing the most unsettling, bone-chilling moments for the short cartoon! The animation style we're aiming for is something similar that to the Walten Files made by Martin Walls!

Wait, who is this?
This unknown.. "thing"? is known to have a mid-deep tone voice resembling an (very) old (and frail) male with a British Accent.
"It's so dark in here.. So cold.. Where am I? This isn't home.."
"Who are you? Where are you from? Where are we..? How do we get out?"
"I see we're stuck here, friend.. How unfortunate.. To believe I could see her again, I guess I was wrong... Well, time to say goodbye. Farewell, friend.. And, if you make it out here alive.. Take care of her for me."
We are needing extra hands for background artwork!
The art style we're looking for is a lineless, simple, and mid-century inspired with a nostalgic feel to it.
