Project Overview
Plot Summary:
Our story starts with an ordinary girl named Sydney Parker. She had had a rough past. dealing with an abusive father, however she still tries to stay strong for her mother. Sydney is now in sophomore year, and it will definitely be one to remember. It'll be full of romance, betrayal, revenge, trust and friendship and most importantly, she'll discover her gift of music.

Sydney is the main character of the series. We follow her point of view, her life, her romance etc. This role requires devotion and enthusiasm to enhance the feeling of the series.

Asher is one of the MOST IMPORTANT males in the series. He is the oldest one of the five friends, being just turned 16, and most likely most mature. He and Sydney go way back, being childhood best friends... or more?

One of the five main besties and characters. She has wits, sarcasm and a little bit of anger issues. Let's just say that she doesn't take shit from anyone. Known as one of the most prettiest girls in the school, however despite that, her ego is still small and humble (for the most of the time).

Ahh yes, Samuel. Many people assume his abilities and underestimate this clever boy, as he's much more than a nerd. He's one of the main five and has always had a certain little something for music. He's also in a relationship with quiet, shy Maisie, but he brings out the confident girl inside of her.
I've always loved playing piano! It's amazing what you can do with music! (excited, passionate).
Don't call me that! That word is banned in 7 countries you know! (angry, offended).

The most antisocial one of the group. She does tend to open up with her close friends and boyfriend, however it is hard considering she has anxiety. Many girls pick on her, however she still tries to smile all the time and be optimistic.
I'm fine. Sophomore year is gonna be a breeze. Totally not freaking out right now...heh (nervous,scared)

The main mean girl of Ashweed High an she's proud of it. Rich and horrible are two very appropriate adjectives to describe her. She doesn't let anyone outshine her and always tries to one up her friends on purpose. Basically the Bianca Barclay and Regina George of the school.
Honestly, my daddy could afford seven of those, it's not that impressive Mia. (arrogant girl bossy tone)

Alyssa main backup girl/ best friend. The Gretchen Winer of the squad basically, always knows everything about everybody. You can tell I'm a fan of mean girls. Anyways, so she has confidence and attitude and she's no afraid to speak her mind.
I heard Sydney Parker's dad walked out when her mom found out she was pregnant will her youngest brother...(whispering)
Where you of to Brown? Gonna go make out with your boyfriend? *laughs* (mean cocky tone)

A small yet significant character. The main old buzzkill however maybe in some situations, he'll be useful.

As a single mother of five kids, it's hard to stay strong for her family. Her abusive husband left after she was pregnant with her youngest child, which really was a relief on her side. She spends days and nights working to support her family, and anyone who has ever had a single conversation with her, knows her determined she is to fix the puzzle pieces of her broken family.
Dear, things have been well difficult since your father...well... Anyways, here's your lunch have a nice day at school! (starts anxious ends trying to sound happy)

Ashlyn is Asher's twin sister, Asher being older than her by 20 hours. She gets constantly annoyed by her brother, and is most likely the coolest girl in school. A full time extrovert, partying till 1 am at just 16. Her character may seem small, but you should never underestimate a girl who knows how to kick butt.
Well, why don't you tell they boys to keep their eye on their own crap if they adore me so much. (defensive ,smug)

The third and less acknowledged power puff/ mean girl (lmao). She's always being tricked or manipulated, but she's sweet overall. Mia usually just agrees with everything her two best friends do and say.
