The Echos of Europa
Project Overview
Don't be afraid to make a submission! I plan on making way more characters for this story so If you don't get this part I will for sure be able to put you somewhere else. If you have any question feel free to message me.
Arden Reed was born in the ashes of a war-torn colony at the far edge of known space. Silence was his first language — the silence of ruins, of hunger, of things lost before they ever had a chance to live.
As a child, he was taken by a covert military program that promised purpose in exchange for obedience. Through genetic and cybernetic experiments, they rebuilt him — made him faster, stronger, colder. He learned to kill in the dark, to survive in the places between worlds where only monsters thrived.
But when a mission ended in betrayal and the death of his entire unit, Arden walked away. He never spoke of it again. He didn’t have to.
Now, he wanders the Outer Rim as a Ranger — a ghost in worn armor, answering to no command but his own. He rarely talks. He rarely stays. Yet wherever he goes, order follows like a shadow, and so does the quiet.
Some call him a myth. Others call him a relic.
Arden Reed calls himself nothing at all.

Arden Reed was born in the ashes of a war-torn colony at the far edge of known space.
Taken as a child by a secret military program, he was rebuilt through genetic and cybernetic enhancement — engineered to fight in the void where humanity fears to tread.
Years later, after a catastrophic mission and betrayal by command, Arden deserted.
Now he drifts the Outer Rim — a lone Ranger who rarely speaks, but when he does, every word lands like a verdict.
He’s quiet, haunted, and endlessly watchful — the kind of man whose silence says more than most people’s speeches.
This a sci-fi audio drama

Voice Direction
Core quality: Low, steady, controlled — every line feels considered, deliberate.
Emotion: Subtle — you feel the pain under the surface, but he never shows it fully.
Pacing: Minimalist and measured. Think less dialogue, more gravity.

“I stopped believing in orders a long time ago. Out here… the only law that matters is the one you can enforce.”
“You learn to hear things in the silence. The hum of your ship. The ghosts you thought you left behind.”
“I’ve seen whole worlds burn for less than the truth. Some people fight for it. I learned to survive without it.”
