The Diamond School of Arts | A ROBLOX Voiced Roleplay
Project Overview
The Diamond School of Arts is going to be a roleplay set in Berry Avenue, which interprets the aspect/scripts/acting of Minecraft roleplays but puts it into Roblox, as it's something I'm more familiar with.
This is UNPAID and a passion project. I may be adding roles as time passes, so keep an eye on the page.
It's about a poor girl called Angelica who only lives with her Aunt, Stephanie. Her Mother has passed and her father's identity/whereabouts are unknown. Her Aunt is essentially a second Mother to her. Angelica has the opportunity to enter a prestigious Arts school, Diamond School of Arts, to pursue her passion of becoming a famous dancer. Along the way, she is faced with obstacles and drama that make the journey difficult for her, but in the end she pulls through. The story is about her journey to fame.
RULES:
You must be 15+ to audition.
Submit your auditions in AABBCC format.
Little to no background noise, I will be lenient with this but please re-take if you have something going on in the background i.e no arguing siblings or divorcing parents in the back!
Please audition with your discord name under your audition for ease of contact.
If casted, you must be contactable ATLEAST a few times a week. I know times will get busy, approaching the end of summer so I do not require that you message me back immediately but I do require that you are checking messages regularly enough.
If casted, lines must be sent in within the given deadline, TBC but likely around 2 weeks. Can be flexible with this if given reason.
By the time everyone is casted, I will likely have finished episode 1&2 so the episodes will be released soon after casting is complete.
As this is my first roleplay, I am keen on quality but also recognize I am not going to achieve perfection first try - so do bare with me. I will be casting on a rolling basis, so ignore the deadline (depending on the auditions, it could be closer or pushed back)

Angelica is THE main protagonist. She is who the story is about and has the most lines. Someone who is auditioning for this role should have versatility in their voice and should be regularly active as I may ask for some lines to be said/done in a different manner.
^ Also, she has a funny last name, I don't know why I thought of it - but I hope it sticks haha.
Her voice should be bright, kind and full of personality.
It doesn't need to be the classic Aphmau-ish voice, it can have your own vocal colour! (I used to be a huge Aphmau fan, so if you do have that genre of voice please do audition too haha)

A lead role. She is a super-rich teenage girl, her dad is the Vice-Principal at DSA (Diamond School of Arts) and she is the typical 'bully' you see in roleplays. She is a very clever, scheming girl, who is stubborn and thinks of herself as the best. She is best friends with the other lead bully, Cassandra.
Her voice should be High-Medium pitch and something along the lines of the way Raquel from barbie speaks. That being said, please submit an original idea if you prefer, maybe I'll like it more. :-)

Cassandra is dumb, she follows around Dior like her life depends on it and doesn't care that Dior insults her. She has known Dior since very young so she doesn't understand how friends are truly meant to treat you. She is also very wealthy.
Voice: High-Medium pitch ideally but again open for interpretation.

Aunt Stephanie is a very warm, welcoming character. She is only about 15 years older than Angelica but is wise and acts motherly. She is a kind soul and doesn't get mad very often. Very soft spoken.
Voice: A more mature voice, soothing, calm. Doesn't necessarily need to talk slowly, though.
*consoling* Hey, Angie, sweetie.. don't be upset. You did your best, that's all I can ask of you.
