PLOT
Five Spartans are washed up on an old military base, barely surviving, until one distress signal sends them out on a dangerous and exciting adventure! soon they have no choice but to fight to save the world!
What is Fireteam Zeta?
This will be a fan-made series filmed and made in Halo 3. It's not necessarily a comedy sketch like most halo machinimas, It's a serious story but with lighthearted humor and more. So it's not a dark depressing series, nor is it a sitcom.
Requirements and suggestions.
You must have a discord, since that's the easiest way to group everyone together.
If you have Halo: MCC and are willing to help film, it would be very appreciated, but not required.
Please have a pretty good mic, but at the end of the day I will be putting a helmet filter over, so as long as it isn't a soup can it's fine. I do have background audio removal tools, but it does mess up the audio a little bit. Try to have as little as possible.
There will be a fair amount of swear words alongside maybe a few dirty jokes/references. If you're not okay with that, don't audition.
Feel free to give any character any voice or accent you'd like. I would love to hear variety in the cast! Every character can be male or female, all it'll need is a simple name change :)
Additional notes.
So, I plan for this to be an actual series, so if you are casted here, I would have you voice for the rest of what I do with this. It would be ideal to not have to recast people.
If I don't cast you for the role you auditioned for, I might still cast you as an extra.

Cade is a worn out, and very tired leader of the team. He's serious, an inspiring and good leader, but he also is depressed. I want to really hammer in that point. He's constantly fighting an uphill battle, trying not to crack in front of his team cause he doesn't want to decrease team morale.
but when he needs be, he's an uplifting and selfless guy, ready to take a bullet for any member of his team.
[epic and inspiring pep talk before a big fight.]
I know for a fact that we can do this. Alone, we may be losers, misfits, but we have one thing that they don't have.
We're a team.[Tired, and very worn out. You have so many more things to do.]

[Half-joking, half a stern reminder to his teammate.]
Well, what I think is someone should be talking to his commanding officer with more respect.
Hayes is the second-in-command to Cade. He's smart, optimistic, and will not hesitate to give his life to save his team. He's the brains of the team, and is good with technology.
[A little disappointed, but also jokingly]
Y'know, I think that gun would be a lot scarier if we actually had ammo for it.
[Concerned- the future here is uncertain.]
I... what do we do now?
[Matter-of-factly with a hint of fustration.]
I've been trying to fix that damn radio tower for weeks. No luck.
If I only had my tools, it's like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole.
Dominic is the team sniper. He's usually silent and pessimistic. But he's a loyal soldier and will follow Cade to the end. He's got a darker tone in voice.
[With a slight smirk- he's got a target in range.]
Gotcha.[Frustrated and angry, you're being pessimistic about this situation.]
Come on, what the hell do you think? we haven't seen anybody for months.
[Just grumble for this line, he grumbles a lot.]
Kelly is the asshole of the team. CQB specialist, he never takes anything seriously and is most of the time just a dick to everyone. But he does pull through, cause deep down he cares about everyone.
[Angry at someone.]
Oh, bite me! You left me alone with these losers. Do you know how fucking hard it is to be in a room with them for longer than three minutes?!
[Jokingly]
God, if there is one... kill me.
Second thought... kill him.[Laughing to yourself.]
Oh, c'mon, I had him going for like twenty minutes!
Teg is the heavy weapons specialist. He's not the brightest and normally doesn't understand most things. but he's extremely strong.
(Kinda think Caboose from red vs blue but with a deeper tone of voice.)
[Starting quiet to a roaring yell.]
If you step any further... I'LL BLOW YOU TO PEICES!!!!
[Stupidly smiling to himself.]
Yeah, I like big guns... they make big explosions.[In disbelief and awe.]
So, you're telling me... dragons are real?!?
Hugo is the main antagonist of the series, and also a twist villain. He's manipulative, narcissistic and doesn't care about who he has to tread upon in order to reach his goals. He's an actor and can act nice very convincingly.
Think a little Felix from red vs blue
[Faking this, but make it sound really convincing.]
Oh god... Please, we need your help. He's going to activate the machine and there will be NO ONE left!
[Starting with a menacing laugh]
*Evil laughter*
Did you really think I would fall for that?
[mocking, attempting to emotionally destroy his enemies.]

Max is an insanely strong Elite that works with Hugo. He's smart, but isn't that fluent in English, so he speaks in slow basic sentences.
[With great anger and fearlessness]
MAX CRUSH PUNY HUMANS!!!!
[Battle cry]

The "big bad" of the first season. He's a dark mysterious guy who wants to rule the universe. he wishes to obtain godly powers so he can conquer and wipe out civilizations.
[Villan monologue lol]
When the machine activates, I will harness its power.
I will be a God.[in anger at the puny humans.]
SILENCE! YOU ARE NOT WORTH MY TIME.[planning an attack.]
Deploy the troops. Overwhelm them with sheer numbers.
Jax was the leader of Fireteam Zeta, before he was killed in action.
The part may say minor, but he is very very relevant to the story. He's a cool, collected, kind and compassionate leader. He will be in a few flashbacks.

[Explaining the situation.]
