The Bugle: A Spider-Man Story
Project Overview
Hello, I'm Albie! I'm the lead writer of a new Spider-Man project that I've been dreaming about for a while. Now I'm finally ready to share it with the world but I need your help to do it! The first episode is out now!

The Bugle follows the origins of Spider-Man from the perspective of the average civilian, or more specifically the press. The plot surrounds The Daily Bugle Podcast, a scheme by J. Jonah Jameson to get more young people interacting with the "real press" and "none of that interweb crap".
Two Interns host the main segment, none other than Eddie Brock and Peter Parker! The two must navigate the changing landscape of New York as they must introduce the world to it's first ever superhero, along with it's first true supervillains - not to mention Peter's identity needing to stay secret!
This is of course a Spider-Man story first, but it is also an immersive chamber play. I want listeners/viewers to feel as if they're experiencing a true story in a genuine world with realistic news segments and believable back and fourth improv, applicants should have the confidence to do this or they will not get the part.
AVAILABLE ROLES:
BETTY BRANT: A sarcastic and easy going girl between 19-23, New York accent heavily preferred but not necessary
HARRY OSBOURNE: A hot tempered teenager dealing with the weight of his father's death and the ownership of his business. 16-19 years old.
THE CHAMELEON: Ousted from his aristocratic upbringing, he was taken in by Wilson Fisk. Now he is the spearhead of proxy wars and a syndicate of insider trading, dedicated to the manipulation of the market, and the assassination of hindrances. Mid 20s-30s, MUST be capable of an eastern European accent, alongside a western accent (American/English/Scottish)
WILSON FISK: A corrupt businessman and ruthless killer. Calm and collected, he would sooner die than show weakness. Late 30s-50s. Well spoken New York accent preferred, not required

A teenager dealing with the weight of inheriting his dead father's fortune, struggling with the person he is expected to be and the person that he truly is - and his true self is losing. A hot temper is dragging him further away, but his last modicum of childlike wonder is holding him in place.
Who knows who he could become, but it's definitely heading to something big.
