Project Overview
Fan Comic dubbing for TADC!!
Right now, I only have 2 comics, but more voices will come later
Here are the Guidelines to submitting an audition:
(Be sure to read everything for the character(s) you choose to audition. There might be some director preferences with a few characters)
Little to no Microphone Peaking
(distortion of the voice from loudness)
Please keep in mind that some of these character are yelling, so you will have to listen if your mic peaks.Prior knowledge of the Content games, movies, manga, and show would be great, but not required.
If you don't know what a character sounds like, I have linked a video for the canon character voices.AABBCC format please!
This means doing at LEAST two takes per character line.
Add different variation so we can get a better impression with your voice.Little to no reverb
Reverb is the echo you can hear of your voice back into the microphone.
There can be some reverb, but too much makes it VERY hard to edit out and make you sound clean in the final video.No Background Noise (this is fine, but too much is a no.)
You can edit white noise to make you sound more clear.
We can always edit out any sounds in the final cut, but give us your best.A good microphone
No, you do not need an expensive mic to audition, but one that doesn't sound like you're in a Pringles Can-

With this fan comics, there might be some heavy topics, but nothing NSFW. A more mature knowledge is wanted. We do NOT and WILL NOT tolerate inappropriate behaviors.
You MUST add your discord in your audition file! We use discord to send lines and other information!
(If you do not put it in your audition description, we will move on because we do not have contact information.)
What to expect after getting cast:
This is a SHORT-TERM project for each comic, but I plan on finding more, so I may need you for more than just one comic!
Be respectful to everyone within the project and responsible for missing lines or actions. We all want to have fun and get along.
We still like to have fun, and you'll get chances for you to make friendships with other voice actors alike!
I will be the one fully editing, sound designing, and audio engineering everything. I ask for patience and understanding because I am working on other projects and have some real life issues as well.

Pomni has a high-strung, shy, and tense demeanor. She's also on the clumsy side, as she tends to accidentally bump into things and people. Pomni is shown to have a degree of both empathy and selfishness.

Jax is a mischievous, occasionally flat-out bloodthirsty, laid-back, calm, sassy, impulsive, egotistical, arrogant, sarcastic, and brazenly condescending individual, and rarely shows any empathy or remorse for those around him.

Ragatha is described as "the sweetest little optimist." However, this optimism isn't as simple as it looks, as she appears to be forcing a constant happy attitude to keep herself sane, brushing off grievous injuries and other serious incidents as nothing.

Zooble is very grouchy and irritable and can be seen getting quite annoyed when a piece of them happens to be in the wrong place. Zooble can be a bit rude, such as when they curse at the others. However, they also seem to have a degree of compassion.

Gangle's emotions and behavior are influenced by which mask she is currently wearing. However, it is revealed that these masks do not completely change her mood, rather they are a literal form of "masking" and are not the sole deciders of her personality. The masks merely change the way Gangle's feelings are presented.
