Caine is coder/developer not related to the game but just an indie who got himself sucked into the game and the crew we know are NPC's of said game who gained sentience & due to corporate neglect. It left them exposed to the horrors of the fragile digital enviroment.

The Best way I can describe this character is emotionally unaware percieves one too many dangerous situations as a fun activity even though to even the most jnsane human they aren't.
His Voice is that of an old Showman,Boomy Voice. Look at VolticGlitch's TADC Comic Dub Caine for a rough idea. He sounds how Eggonyourleg does the Caine impression.

Carnival Pomni's Voice isn't different from the official Lizzie Freeman Performance of the original Pomni so there's that lil' note. Just do your best to sound like her and when angry or filled with anxiety make it palpable. Oh right!. Each NPC has two mindset forms (Well everyone but Jax I'm afraid) The Non Sentient is the cheerier more upbeat,The Kind with an infectious joy that you can't help but feel shared with,A whimsy the game's lost and the sentient is the one with coping is needed..😅

This bubble's voice and tone is heavily shifted away from the actual tadc bubble's voice. Comparably less chaotic and unhinged.. Instead opting to be more fairy-ish and cutesy to pair up with it's also smol size. The creator of this variation of bubble said it would probably sound like the wii fit balance board voice
