The adventures of Mimi and friends/YouTube voice acted series
Project Overview
The adventures of Mimi and friends is a series that follows Mimi, Lucky her twin brother and their 4 friends Summer, Cherry, Choco and Melody on all kinds of adventures from setting up a surprise birthday party, spooky sleepovers and even a chilling snowman building competition. Although they end up in all kinds of situations they're always there for each other no matter what. This will be uploaded onto YouTube for children's entertainment, so it is a PG.
The series will be made using a character creator/animation app,so it Is not drawn frame by frame. The animation will be done using key frames and green screens for the characters.
This series will last for 10 episodes meaning voice actors won't have much of a long time commitment as most other projects. The script for the 1st episode will be sent to you immediately after casting, and you have 1-2 weeks to complete your lines.
The roles that are available are only Mimi, Lucky and Melody as other characters have already been casted for.

Auditioning guidelines:
1.Please send all auditions in either .mp3 or .wav format.
2.Please do no more than 2 takes per line.
3.Do not edit your audio aside from normalisation, compression and noise reduction.
4. Please include any extra demo/links or extra information you feel Is necessary on your audition description!
5. Please include your discord in your description.
6. Please state your name at the beginning of your audition.
Other information:
1. XLR microphone is HIGHLY preferred when auditioning, although USB mics will still be considered if treated properly.
2. Communication will be through discord.
3. The deadline for auditions Is AUGUST 17TH, AT 5PM BST

Mimi is the protagonist of the show she is a very friendly approachable character with a very exaggerative personality. Sometimes Mimi can let her imagination run away with herself which causes her to be a little dramatic in situations at times.

Lucky is the twin brother of the protagonist in the series Mimi. Lucky is a friendly outgoing type of character though don't let that fool you as he also likes to be a little competitive and mischievous at times.

Voice range: medium
(Males and females can both audition for Lucky just make sure if you're a female auditioning that you can do a Medium-high male voice)

Melody is a very chill friendly kind of character she prefers to keep to herself a lot of the time and would rather open to someone she feels comfortable with. Although she may seem rather cold Melody is very friendly and is willing to help others out in a heartbeat.

(Confident) Don't worry Summer, I know what I'm doing. Mimi always throws us amazing birthdays but this year it's my turn to return the favour!
