Marvel: Thanos (2016 Series) Dub
Project Overview
Krayt Dragon Films is proud to announce that we will be continuing our phase one of Marvel comic dubs with the Thanos (2016) series! KDF has been producing critically acclaimed comic series similar to this one for a little under three years, except we have solely focused on producing Star Wars content. We are thrilled to include this series in our line up! Before we delve too far into what this project is about, we have supplied links to some of our previously completed works to give you a feel for what you will be voicing.

How it Works:
Sufficient to say, we have mastered bringing to life comics over our near three year run on YouTube. We pride ourselves on our company's quality in both visuals, sound effects, music, and the most important part: the voice actors. All productions start with a highly detailed and descriptive casting call. Our typical policy is we don't cast actors until the last day of the call so everyone has plenty of time to audition. Our CC's typically last 2-3 weeks. At the end of the CC process, the Series Director and Casting Director sit down together and make the casting decisions based on a variety of factors such as audio quality, performance, vocal range, talent, etc. Once the casting decisions have been made, we send a link for a private Discord server where you will find your scripts, schedule meetings for live voice direction, and to just meet and mingle with your fellow castmates. The production time on all projects are airtight, all lines are due within seven days of the script's release to allow voice actors time to first takes and if requested, retakes. If a request is requested you will have three days after the retake request is made to redo your lines. From there it is up to the Director and Producer to bring to life the comic. Production time can range from a few days to a few weeks so please try to have your audio in as quickly as possible so production can begin. Rinse and repeat until the series is complete!
The Story:
EVIL HAS BEEN UNLEASHED ON THE UNIVERSE. Thanos, possibly the evilest individual in the Marvel Universe, is back…and he1s out for vengeance on all who would oppose him. Unfortunately for the Mad Titan, he1s also heading for an unexpected reckoning…with his family. Take an ongoing walk on the dark side of the galaxy, following the deadly trail of destruction left in the wake of…THANOS!

Ground rules:
- Please make sure you can commit to the series and reprising your roles. The series is a rather lengthy one which will require you to reprise your role for close to a year.
- Please be able to get your lines in the very same week you get the script. Production time will be airtight!
- Have a professional grade equipment or at the bare minimum make sure your audio is top notch. No background noise!
- Have a Discord or be able to create one. This allows for us to communicate and upload documents much easier than Skype or any other platform.
- Lastly, enjoy yourselves!

For Corvus Glaive, I’m envisioning a voice similar to Darin De Paul’s portrayal of Ardyn in Final Fantasy XV in terms of how slimy the character is portrayed.

Character Description:
Corvus Glaive is a member of Thanos' Black Order. He was chosen for his mastery of combat and tactical abilities and thus was chosen to lead them. He is also the husband of fellow order member Proxima Midnight. His first order was attacking earth to please his master.
Personality:
Corvus is cruel, arrogant and the most loyal of the Black Order. A warrior who betrayed his people and sold his soul to Thanos to pursue a different kind of glory.
- Corvus: (Surprised/Menacing) "So…You have come back."
- Corvus: (Protective/Angry) "You have forfeited this sector. It is mine now, Thanos…"
- Corvus: (Begging/Cowardly) "MY BLADE!!! If you destroy it, you destroy ME, Thanos! Please, show mercy."
Voice:

Character Description:
The Champion is one of the alien Elders of the Universe. He is an immortal who claims to have been born billions of years ago in the Ancrindo Nebula within the direction of the Magellanic Clouds. Although he wishes to prove himself the greatest warrior in the universe, he usually does so fairly. He keeps himself busy by fighting powerful warriors throughout the universe. The Champion of the Universe's Promoter Supreme named Proja preceded the Champion's journey to Earth and recruited eight of Earth's strongest male heroes (Champion having decided eons earlier that females were inferior and not worth fighting). Champion then forced their participation by threatening to destroy the planet should they not fight him for those unworthy of the glorious gift that is the true spirit of competition would be "purified".
Personality:
He is not necessarily a villain but has played the role in the past through his impetuous and arrogant actions.
- Tryco: "I did not come here to partake in debauchery. I am..."
- Eros: "Oh, I know who you are Tryco, the self-proclaimed "Champion of the Universe." It seems a rather lofty thing to call oneself, no?"
- Tryco: "Oh, and is calling yourself Starfox really any better?"- Tryco: "I was tasked with bringing you to Titan. So we can stand here and banter all day, or we can fight about it, or you can just get dressed and meet me outside. Time is waiting."
- Tryco: "Your nephew Thane requires an audience with you, Starfox. And he will not be left waiting."
Voice:
Lady Death is entirely open to interpretation. She should sound seductive and very manipulative. Loving, but incredibly two-faced with an ulterior motive.
Character Description:
Death is an abstract entity, the embodiment of the end of life in the Marvel Universe, and the opposite of Eternity, the embodiment of the universe. Although often content to keep a balance between life and death she is shown as more than happy to take advantage of situations so as to get the upper-hand: Lady Death is also known to empower most death-gods and demons, allowing them to take souls that have died through the exact nature of their dealing is unknown.
Personality:
Often manipulating others to get what she wants. She’s not the kindest character out there. In fact, One could argue that she’s possibly the slimmest and most manipulative character in all of MARVEL.
- Thane: "Thanos is securing his base of power once more."
- Death: "And even with Tryco, Eros, and everything else we have planned, you don't think you can defeat your father?"- Death: "I told you when I found you all those months ago... I would take care of everything. Don't you trust me?"
- Thane: "No."
-Death: "Heh. Well, I can't really blame you for that. I guess the best way to earn your trust is to tell you a secret."- Death: "You're right: Thanos is practically a God. But the unthinkable is happening. Thanos is dying."
Voice:
Being that he appears more sophisticated when compared to Thanos at first glance, Thane should sound similar to Mark Strong, but he is open to interpretation in this regard.

Character Description:
Thane is the secret Inhuman son of Thanos. After a descendant Inhuman tribe ran afoul of Thanos and his army, one Inhuman woman returned home pregnant with Thanos’ child.
Personality:
I’d dare say that his personality is comparable to that of Thanos in terms of being bent on vengeance and putting that first before anything else.
- Thane: "They'll be coming soon. Tryco has Eros. Just like we planned."
- Death: "Yet you still seem worried."
- Thane: "Shouldn't I be?"- Thane: "I'm not as powerful as I once was. And my father is... he is Thanos. He is practically a God."
Voice:
Eros sounds incredibly cocky and can bring a good personality to the role. Very much like how David Tennant portrayed the 10th doctor in Doctor Who in terms of comparison.

Character Description:
Eros is a member of the Eternals, a genetic offshoot of humanity, that left for deep space from Earth years ago and settled on Saturn's moon of Titan. Eros is the youngest son of A'lars (also known as Mentor) and Sui-San.
Personality:
He grew up on Titan to be a fun-loving, carefree womanizer and adventurer in contrast to his brother Thanos, a power-hungry, nihilistic conqueror. Only when Thanos launched his first major attack on Titan did Eros begin to take life a bit more seriously.
- Eros: (Smug/Playboyish) "Well, Well, Aren’t you a strapping young fellow. Please, come in. Join us. The more the merrier!"
- Eros: (Arrogant) "You expect me to fly around in that!?!?!"
- Eros: (Restraining Himself) "Tryco Slatterus….I don’t think I like you very much."
