Terminal From Mars
Project Overview
Pilot
In the year 2520, times have changed. The majority of the human population has migrated to Mars- deeming our Earth 'past repair.'
In case of this happening again, massive- city-like ships were sent out. Known as 'Terminals', their job was to scout the wide range of space for any other habitable zones.
This plan hit a malfunction, when one of the scouts, Terminal 3, lost its communication system and began drifting thanks to a broken turret.
A repair was attempted by the ship's captain, but to no prevail. They were sucked into a wormhole.
Though, they never exited.
Back on Mars, after months of trying to find it- the whole team of Terminal 3 was presumed KIA- and all search parties were recalled.
They were indeed not lost for good, but had been sucked into a lucky place known as a wormhole 'freckle'. A small pocket in the tunnel's wall. In there is clean oxygen, but little gravity. This kept the ship's breathability working smoothly.
For years repairs were attempted, so many went by- most of the original crew fell subject to old age. Before he died, the ship's captain scheduled the thawing of a cryo-sleep inmate- who was only brought along in case of a last resort.
Present time, 2750, all of the original crew lived best they could, then died naturally. Over the course of the 230 years in the freckle, some they had families who resided there.
Inmate01 was frozen there until the last descendant died..where he awake and found a message from the original captain.
Beginning.
We begin with someone awakening on the ship. No memories of how, or why. All they know is they came from..somewhere. They feel as though they were someone, but can't remember who. Thanks to a mirror, they find out they're a robot looking lifeform. Around their neck hung a mostly-blank name-card with the letters 'L O R I' on it. They took that as their name. Not having clear memories of before, they aren't terribly shocked by their form.
Lori meets another bot, one who'd woken up only a few hours before them. Her name was 'L U N A'.
The two wander the ship, eventually finding themselves met with a mysterious individual. Lori named him MetalHead, after the welding-mask residing of his face.
He, unlike them, is not surprised by their awakening. They attempt to ask questions, but to no avail.
He only tells them they have a job to do, and it's best they stick to it without complications.
But why are they a part of this? Why are they robots? How did the ship break so..conveniently?

Hugo Issac, A Lovian skeleton with an artificial poison slow killing him from the inside out. His original mission for life was to seek revenge on the ones who used him as a lab-rat. But, that was disrupted when a distress signal reached his planet from space. Reluctantly, he decided to find out what it was.
He is gruff and slow to trust. If he doesn't like you, he'll make it known. Petty crimes are his hobby, They won't hurt you, but might make your life a liiiiiittle bit harder. He isn't purely black or white when it comes to morality, he sways in a pool of grey. He isn't exactly a clean slate- but will protect the few who manage to get close to him.
His voice type is mid-pitch- usually the quieter he speaks, the deeper it seems. It has a slightly rough, gravely undertone at its quieter points. Most of the time it is smooth and monotonous, not showing much emotion aside annoyance. Any accent is welcome, as long as his words are still understandable of course!

(He points his sword at something, then pauses and lowers his weapon with a comically annoyed raised brow.) [Weirded out, mildly flat] "" Whaaat...? ""
(He's looking out one of the ship's windows. He makes a soft growl under his breath, exhaling steam.) [Shadowy, Quiet, Threatening] ""Sit still a while..we'll find your heart soon enough.. ""
Lori, an introspective, caring robot who mysteriously gained sentience with hardly any memories intact.
Despite their missing memory of things, they're a determined, yet friendly individual. They have a quick-thinking programming- that sometimes gets them in over their head.
Their voice is androgynous, but still leans closer to feminine. They speak in a clear, expressive manner, open to sharing their thoughts and feelings. Any accent is welcome, as long as their voice can be clearly understood! <3

(They look at the floor, picking at the metal.) [Quiet, Comforting] "" Well..that's something... (she looks at Hugo with careful eyes) ..isn't it? ""
Luna is a cheery, jumpy robot. She has an infectious energy and an incredible mind for mechanics and electronics.
She's very trusting, though will analyze someone within the first 5 minutes of meeting them. She's quick to know if someone is lying. She's nearly always at Lori's side, some would wonder if they're an item, or a package deal.
Her voice is highe pitched and squeaky, with a lot of energy. Any accent is welcome! As long as the lines can be clearly heard!

Inmate01, the last living official passenger on Terminal 3.
A genius in anything related to the ship's mechanics, as well as the atmospheric condition surrounding it. Set on his job to restore communication, he isn't open to a friendly chat. He is gruff and seemingly tasteless, not even showing anger. He's near impossible to read.
His voice is very deep and gruff, more rumble than ride if you will. Hardly shows clear emotion. Any accent is open! As long as the dialogue is able to be understood! <3

(As he fiddles with the electrical system of the control console, he grumbles to himself- trying to ignore Lori's prying.) [Cold, Annoyed.] "" I told you to go do your job. You want to be helpful? Stop the carnivorous plants from choking the main electrical circuit. "" [Halfhearted.] "" Do that 'n maybe I'll answer one of those itching questions. ""
(He spins around in the main console chair, leaning forward a bit and staring at Luna.) "" You don't understand the gravity of this situation. So, I'm making it easier on you. Now get to work. ""
Herv is the artificial intelligence of Terminal 3, usually taking the holographic form of a basic dragon figure. He controls the overall security system and helps manage electrical functions, as well as outward going signals.
His personality is charismatic and boisterous, with a silly demeanor.
(Well, most of the time..)
Underneath his cheery disposition, something far less welcoming resides.
His voice is high-mid pitch, (think Bill Cypher! where my gravity falls fans at? <3), with a crabby sounding laugh.

(Quizzical, Pondering) ""Hmm..That *is* really strange. Messages can't come in to a broken ship. If the signal system worked, so would the broken turret. We'd be able to leave if that worked. There's no way it actually came through.""
[He rolled his eyes with a laugh] (Wry, mocking) ""Oh..you really don't understand it do you."" [He looks at Lori with a broken, putrid smile.] (Light, wry, breathless, mild giggles between words.) "" I'm trying to *save* you. But by all means..end my existence, pull that lever and fund out for yourself.""
