he keeps the momentum from his energy form after transforming back he can also instantly cancel his momentum if he wanted to, this allows him to do powerful attacks at high speed.
His powers were passed down but are rare to appear and only 3 people had it before him.

Used to own a bio-tech company who lost his company after his wife gets in an accident in lab and also finds out he's dying then he trys to turn back jay but fails and jay dies so he snaps and decides if jay can't cant live no one should steals biotech weapons to turn back his wife and is the main villian of the 1st season.
Powers:
Super strength, Energy Emission, Superh healing(used in his scythe). (Gets powers after testing an unfinished batch from Jay's serum pile also got cancer from the serum).

One of swoop's closest friends, He kept his powers secret from swoop until swoop got powers.
He started training Swoop to get stronger and helped him figure some of his powers.
He has Shockwave powers.
He uses his powers for momentum to fly around and to boost his punches, He can also create shockwave blasts that use alot of energy but cause alot of damage, they also launch him in the air.
He got help from Carlos during his superhero time for scout work and tech.
Personality:
Likes to keep to himself most of the time only telling very close friends and people he relies on about stuff.
Explosive temper but is chill most of the time.
More serious in serious situations.
Likes to play retro console games (NES Mario).
