Project Overview
This project is a voiced PMV. I’d love for people to be involved in this project by helping my characters find their perfect voice. It’s going to be a joy to work with voice actors and just kind people in general as we tell the story of Rainforest and Springbud.

Forest is a dark green Rainwing, raised as an assassin by a group of rebel Nightwings and has trained all her life to kill Queen Glory. She’s sinister and cold as well as sarcastic and sassy. But there is good in her and it comes out when she gets to know Springbud. After her encounter with a gang which led to her sustaining many injuries, she became blind in one eye, had a leg amputated, is missing the tip of her tail, and is covered in scars.
My purpose is to make things right. I am destined to kill the Rainwing Queen in order to shift power to the rightful owner of it; my commander, Casanova. I am a ruthless assassin and there is no mercy. And because I look like a friend, they will never see me coming. (Cold hearted, said like a pledge, firm and strong)
You’re so intriguing to me. You had every chance to say what we wanted to hear...yet you repeated the wrong answer. Pity(this word in particular said very darkly). Now you die! (Cornering, Evil, suspense builds into a lunge, Sinister)
For the last time Springbud, this can’t happen! I’m an assassin and you’re the royal healer. I’m supposed to kill your Queen for moon’s sake! We are not put in our places for us to be together. We’re meant to stay apart. (Frustrated, Sad)
Young Rainwing with pure talent for all things Medicare. She’s joyful and innocent along with being sweet and caring. She’s naturally kind hearted and would no doubt help anyone that needed nursing to health. She is pure but she can take care of herself and would stand up for anything she’s passionate about. She’s a good teacher too, good at explaining things to make it sensible to someone who doesn’t understand. And, to Forest, that includes explaining love ;). She is a pastel mint green with touches of purple and blue and lighter green freckles.
Right, mhm, I totally understood all of that. (Quick, Slightly sarcastic) When you’re done it’s back to me cause I was just in the middle of reading how good chamomile is a good sedative for anxious patients with anxiety. (Confident in what she’s talking about, Excited)
Me?! I’m not—- I was never—- You think *I* can heal a dragon beat up like *that*? Where did she even come from? Who even is she? (Pause) What if I can’t do it? (Taken by surprise, In doubt with herself)
Your Majesty, I understand why you’re doubtful of her but I know she’s good on the inside. It’s not her fault she was raised to be a killer and the choices she’s been making are good and they’re her own. Her egg was stolen...I know you’d understand that. (Respectful, Calming Arguing/Defending a just cause, a little daringly firm at the end)
Dangerous Nightwing known for her coldness and deadly silent grudge against Queen Glory. Spent most of her life groveling about the queen being a dragon not even from her own tribe. She grew up determined to make it right, causing ruckus and violence everywhere she went and bringing her friend DarkRuler with her. After many failed attempts of trying to get to Queen Glory, Casanova vanished into the midst of the Rainforest with a group of Nightwings to plot up something no one could see coming so she could finally claim *her* throne. She is black with hints of blue and purple and her front left talons are white.
Little egg, you will soon shape my future. You’re going to help me take over this place. We’ll rampage through this heaven, assassinate a phony, and I will take place as the rightful ruler of the Nightwings and the Rainforest...Rainforest(repeated quieter)...what a perfect name for my little assassin (Eerie, Cold, Evil, Dark, Quiet like an echo as the monologue ends)
Today, my little poison frog, we’re going to review your abilities to hunt and report. And today you can join us in terrorizing the victim. (Sweet, Gentle but there’s still an element of coldness in her voice as if it’s just her tone)
I didn’t give you the best life and train you so well for you to fall in love with the Queen’s puny royal healer after running away from your mission for a year! What were you thinking?! Did you actually think you could get her to fully trust *you*? Rainforest you are an assassin. Act like one. (Firm, Stern tone, Mocking, Angry)
Rainwing obsessed with the study of anything and everything about auras and spirits. Essentially a really sweet gal who’s also a witch. An expert in spiritual and emotional healing and has done a lot of good by helping many dragons find their mental balance. FlowerPetal is Springbud’s older sister. She is a pastel mint green with white and hints of blue and purple.
My turn(Teasing), I’m getting help from a Nightwing to help me burn incense and I want to know if lavender or sage is ideal for our auras (Informational tone, Explaining, confident with what she’s talking about)
Yeah but, for a 3 year old dragonet, with your knowledge of medical stuff you could be enrolled in Queen Glory’s dragonet program within these next few moons (Gentle, Hopeful, Supportive)
Listen Springbud...I know I’ve been telling you to stay away from her because I don’t trust her and I may not fully understand your...bond...with Forest...but I can tell she means a lot to you. I know she makes you happy. And I want you to be happy. (Caring, a little troubled but accepting, Heartfelt)
She is a wise and calm dragon, having grown from her past experiences and turning her mistakes into lessons. She is very tranquil and laid back and goes with the flow of life, standing back up when someone pushes her down and enjoying the good times as they last. MistThicket is a dark green Rainwing with wings and a ruff the color of mist.
Wait so technically a dragon can just ya know, show up to the medical hut and you just fix em right up into tip top shape as if nothing ever happened? (Joking around with Springbud)
Well...I was *supposed* to have a little sibling. (Thinking deeply) I remember excitedly waiting for her egg to hatch when I was just a tiny thing. Her egg just disappeared one night...and yeah I wonder where it went a lot of the time...but what can ya do, ya know? (A little sad) Nothing more than hope she’s doing ok. (With a small smile)
Woah woah woah, Springbud! (Quickly) You can’t just say that and fly off, what do you mean? Do you really think you found her? (Hopeful, Alert)
Queen Glory is a wise and mature dragon for a queen as young as she. Although she still isn’t as old a typical queen she holds a very well-mannered aura and those in her presence are wise to respect her. She is graceful and smart and cares about the future of every dragon, especially her subjects. She is kind and considerate. She is a Rainwing with green scales and touches of blue and yellow. Her ruff and wings are orange.
Springbud, dear, did you manage to patch up that nasty howler monkey bite on Jambu well? I know he’ll be fussy with it so I advise you to tighten it. (Calm, Gentle, Casual)
Oh, that’s Anole. Tamarin thought it’d be nice to include some dragonets with disabilities and troubles into the gardening program. We have a couple blind dragons, a few deaf ones, and Anole. She’s known as the silent bluebell...she’s mute. (Informing, Casual, Relaxed)
And you expect me to believe a trained assassin since *hatching* would suddenly change her ways because she got in a silly gang fight and met the dragons she’s been assigned to *KILL*?! (Firm, Riled-Up)
TigerLily is a cold and collected Rainwing. She was raised as a backup assassin if Forest ever failed her mission. She has no soft spot except for the sweet side only Anole has ever seen. She has a very nasty outlook on life and hates how deceptive it can be. Her anger channels into her attitude which makes her snarky and sassy. She knows nothing but years of training which makes her tough and her heart is hardened like steel. She is dark gray with black stripes and her wings and ruff are shades of fire like orange.
Anole, back so soon my precious bluebell? (Soft, Caring)
You look speechless, darling. (Taunting) No surprise, bet you weren’t expecting the back up plan to be me, huh? (Chuckling evilly) Looks like it’s good Casanova did have one cause her original killer was too much of a *wimp* to be a *real* assassin. (Cold, Steely, Imagine ending as if you’re making a death glare)
You know, you’re a real pathetic excuse for an assassin and not just because you’re all scarred up like that. Casanova used to tell me how devoted you were. I idolized your passion in our goal even though I was never allowed to meet you. But now that I have, I’m disappointed. You’re *soft*...you let love get in the way of the purpose of our lives. (Rough, Cold, Scoffingly)
DarkRuler is one of Casanova’s Nightwing henchmen. He’s the most experienced out of the boys in crime, having been by Casanova’s side since they were young. He’s well trained and can get nearly any job assigned to him done but often he can be distracted because of his strong feelings for Casanova. He is a black Nightwing with gray underscales and very few stars on his wings.
Yeah, they’re all too lazy (chuckling lightly to add conversation with others but distant, distracted)
What are we going to do with it? (Curious)
FearHunter is one of Casanova’s Nightwing henchmen. He’s the fighter and warrior of the group. He’s scared of practically nothing and is fueled by his boiling hatred for the Rainwing tribe. He is incredibly jealous of the laid back life they got to live while his tribe had to suffer on the volcano for generations. He is black and gray with hints of red.
They wouldn’t lift a tail (Nasty, Angry, Salty, Growling in hatred and disgust)
We’re going to what?! (Furious outburst)
ShadeKiller is one of Casanova’s Nightwing henchmen. He’s typically the one to shy away from the dangerous tasks. He’s very careful because of his paranoia and while it may be annoying, his constant worrying has kept the boys out of situations like being caught or found. He also gets scared easily. He is very dark gray with hints of dark peacock green.
You guys have to keep quiet, the Rainwings sleep everywhere in this forest (Nervous, Paranoid, Careful, Hissed lowly)
What if the Rainwings come looking for it? (Worried, asked very tentatively)
WarSnatcher is one of Casanova’s Nightwing henchmen. He’s the youngest one of the group and has mindreading powers. This makes him seem like a know it all sometimes and he does have an attitude where he believes he’s better since he‘s the only one with powers. He’s always determined to prove himself to those who so much as think he’s doing the slightest thing wrong. He is black and blue with silver scales by his eyes.
I know, you’ve been thinking that same thought in your head since the second we slipped away (Annoyed, Scoffing)
FearHunter is thinking of smashing it (Muttering)
VoidClaw is one of Casanova’s Nightwing henchmen. He’s the one that’s new to crime and although he gets excited over doing bad things, he still has that innocence vibe. Constantly questioning whether he cares about doing the right thing or not, in fact sometimes he doesn’t even know what’s the difference between right or wrong. He is black, purple, and gray with small white scales.
I can’t believe we actually did that (Thrilled, Snickering)
An assassin of Rainwings (Deep in thought, an echo)
Young Nightwing dragonet who’s very respectful of her queen. Even when she’s scared, she’s bold and brave and would never say a single word against Queen Glory. But that also gets her in trouble when she’s cornered by Casanova, her gang, and, much to Evernight’s surprise, a Rainwing.
You mean Queen Glory (a little confused, in an innocently correcting tone)
Wrong? But she is Queen (Confused, Scared, Quiet, almost like a squeak)

Beautiful Nightwing with a strong-willed personality. Indura is passionate about medical care and the apprentices she brings up. When she believes in something or someone, she will hold her ground until it goes her way. She has a great heart full of kindness. Indura is shades of gorgeous blue with hints of purple and white speckles.
Your Majesty, I have never seen a dragonet in all my life react so quickly to emergency situations and heal so many dragons without a second of hesitation. (Respectfully)
I am positive that this dragonet holds promise for the future of Medicare. (Firm)

Celosia is a paranoid and frightful Rainwing. She is nervous about most things due to her experience of being one of the Nightwing prisoners when she was a dragonet. She is a great mother but sometimes she can be a bit too careful. Although she fears for MistThicket facing the dangers and realities of the world, she has done a good job of showing MistThicket how to appreciate the good and safe things. She is dark green with scars.

My little Whisp is alive? (Taken aback, In shock)
Alder is a very kind, forgiving, and selfless Rainwing. He is patient and caring which makes him a fantastic father to MistThicket and a wonderful husband to Celosia. He is dark green with the tips of his wings fading into a foggy color.
When are we allowed to come visit? (Alert, Excited)
Hi, dear. We’re your family. I’m your father Alder, this is your mother Celosia, and that’s your big sister MistThicket. (Gentle)

There’s a million things that bother me in this world and they’re all on a list of reasons on why I should kill dragons that commit them...messing with my sister is number one. (Wolf - Creepy start, Snarling attitude but the end)
Say something you think would fit
While voice actors and actresses give voices to the characters, it would be lovely to have a couple wonderful narrators to fill in the empty bits of the story! While the narrators won’t be speaking out every single action, they will do the helpful job of starting each chapter with a brief recap and transitioning to other character’s point of views smoothly. Obviously all I ask for here is your voice. Make sure you are clear and confident! You’re going to start off the entire thing! I thought it would be fun to have the two narrators squabbling all the time, everyone needs a little comedy ;). Feel free to just audition with A line or B lines or both! Whatever you prefer! But also let me know if you want a specific one :).
A- It has been many years since the events of the Sandwing Succession. B- OH we’re starting with *that* one. A- Ok really? I don’t want to have to do this again. B- Ok ok ok, I’ll shut up... A- Mhm...as I was saying...The continent of Pyrrhia is settled into a decent peace, except of course for the occasional squabble. B- HoW fUn! A- Ok ya know what come here. B- *screaming and running away*
A- As many know, the Nightwings are currently living in the Rainforest under the rule of Queen Glory. B- I’m bored. A- UGH why don’t you tell this part then. B- Oh uh...She is known as a fabulous queen, incredibly giving and attentive to both the Rainwings and Nightwings. She has grown from the dragonet many once considered to be unfit to handle two tribes at a time. Now, she is older and wildly respected across the continent for the way she loves her loyal subjects. A- Ok back to me.
A- Over the years, Queen Glory has overseen the building of her own palace, helped orchestrate the rise of the separate tribe villages along with the connection between them, and made it her top priority to encourage the future potential of many talented dragonets. B- Wait how? A- She has a program for the prodigious dragonets and a gardening program for dragonets with disabilities. B- Oh ok...Why? A- BECAUSE SHE’S A GOOD QUE— (clears throat) Anways...The amount of programs and projects she has taken part in or led herself is incredibly admirable...but not everyone sees it that way. There are still a handful of dragons that can’t let go of the past...and they are always plotting for the young Queen’s demise... B- That’s very ominous. A- You just ruined it. B- It doesn’t matter, I was being sarcastic anyway. You actually suck. A- You’re a delight to have around.
