Hi everyone! I am currently casting a group collab/fandub of Stay, I Pray You from the musical Anastasia. I've wanted to do a cover of this song on my youtube channel for years, and now is finally the time to pull together the full ensemble!
This is a largely ensemble-based song. While there are solo parts (and I will be taking Anya's lines), the song largely focuses on all of us working together vocally, so please keep that in mind.

Anastasia is a musical with music and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, and a book by Terrence McNally. Based on the 1997 film of the same name, the musical adapts the legend of Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna of Russia, who could have escaped the execution of her family. Years later, an amnesiac orphan named Anya hopes to find some trace of her family by siding with two con men who wish to take advantage of her likeness to the Grand Duchess.
While the original character is a male, if there are any females that feel they can strongly sing this part either in the original octave (hi altos!) or up the octave (hi sopranos!), I will absolutely consider them for this part!

Unlike Dmitry, Vlad is a bit more hesitant to be leaving his home. Although he is chasing a dream, he is assuming he can never return home again, which he will miss dearly.
