ABOUT THE SERIES:
Spider-Man: The Web of Destiny follows the story of a teenaged boy named Henry Hernandez. who lives in Manhattan, New York. Throughout his entire life, Henry was always, different. He never really knew his thing. Of course other than his excellence in his academics, he was never able to find that certain talent or skill that made him, well him. That didn't bother him much however. With the loving support from his mother, his MMA instructor, and peers, Henry has always just kept to himself and made sure to focus on his future. However, when he turned 15, everything changed for him. Kwaku Anansi, known as the one who grants Spider Totems for certain people to become Spider-Heroes, sent Henry to this world for one purpose and one purpose only, to become New York's crime fighting hero as Spider-Man. Super simple, right? As Henry embarks on this journey, he discovers the truth behind the web of life, and most importantly, the truth behind who he is.
This is a ROBLOX animated series, meaning you will not be playing in ROBLOX to actually participate within the series. Our main goal is to currently release the pilot episode, with our long term goal being able to finish the first season with at least 5-7 episodes. Please make sure to audition if you are able to commit to this project as a long-term role. As of right now, we are not a very large team working behind this show.
VOICE REQUIREMENTS:

Try your best to fit the role you are applying for (Ex: if you're applying for kingpin with a high pitched voice, you may not be selected)
Quality of your microphone does not need to be extremely well (Any professional recording equipment is not required by any means, you can honestly record it with headphones, just try to reduce any background sound)
Please be able to communicate through Discord
Audio format must be in MP3 (you can always use an MP3 convertor)
Make sure to put effort into the character you are auditioning for (We want to see you bring our characters to life!)

Extra animators are very much needed to speed the process of executing this show. In order to apply to become an animator, you must be animating with Moon Animator 2, you must show me past work, and you must be able to commit to a long-term project with consistency. BACKGROUND: A friendly teenager from Manhattan, New York City. Raised from his single mom, this young man has a bright future in his academics. He tries his best in trying to support his mother, while also doing good in school. Little does he know that he's been destined to become New York's crime fighting hero, and that he must do whatever it takes to make sure his city is safe and that his future is not disrupted.
PERSONALITY: Introverted, shy kid who doesn't have much of a name of himself within school, but once you get to know him, he's a very kind, strong, and brave kid who wants the best for everyone and his city.
(In a confident, brave sound) "I know my purpose. I didn't ask for this, but I was chosen. I know my destiny. I know who I am."
(In a scared and confused sound) "Where... where am I? What's going on? What are you talking about?"
(In a friendly tone) "Hey! Look on the bright side. At least we now know to never use MOSFET motors again."
AGE: 38
BACKGROUND: A single mother from the Dominican Republic, who came to America to start a new life for herself and her family. She strives the best for her son to do great things and supports him in everything.
PERSONALITY: Very protective, loving, kind, and outgoing to all of her friends and family.
(Use whatever tone of voice that fits) "Be back by 9 PM mijo, no ifs, no buts!"
(In a scared, emotional voice) "HENRY! WHAT-WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?"
(In a supportive voice) "You're going to do great things one day mijo. Just keep on doing the right thing."
BACKGROUND: Known as a god worshipped by the people of West Africa, Kwaku Anansi is the first Spider-Man in all of history. He's the one who controls the spider-verse and the web of life, meaning he also granted every spider-person their powers.
(In a deep, powering voice) "Remember who you are, why I chose you. Stay focused."
(In a deep, powering, and angered voice) "WHAT ARE YOU DOING? ARE YOU TRYING TO BREAK WHAT I HAVE DESTINED? YOUN DON'T UNDERSTAND, THIS IS NOT APART OF MY PLAN."
(In a deep, powering voice) "Everything you know, will be wiped from your memory. You will remember the truth soon, but first, you must prove yourselves worthy."
AGE: 15
BACKGROUND: A girl from the big city who has big dreams of becoming an actor. With the support of her two parents and siblings, she has high hopes for her future.
PESONALITY: Kind, outgoing, and respectful. Always will let out a helping hand for those in need.
(In a serious voice) "Come on Flash, that wasn't cool. Just leave him alone, would you?"
(In a scared, helpless voice) "Let go of me! HELP! PLEASE SOMEONE SAVE ME!"
(In a happy voice) "Hi! I'm Katherine. That was pretty cool what you did back there. I guess I'll see you around!"
AGE: 15
BACKGROUND: William here, has always had an easy life. His father, Harry Osborn, is incredibly rich, he gets everything he wants, and everyone pretty much loves him. But, he's never really cared about all the money he's had around him. He's best friends with Henry Hernandez and always has his back. He always is trying his best to impress his father and make him proud of him.
PERSONALITY: Hard-working, respectable, and welcoming type of person.
(In an awkward tone) "Nah! Don't worry Henry, you're fine. It's just a spill, it's not that big of a deal."
(In a happy voice) "Woah Hen! You-you did it man! You showed em dude. You're the man"
(In a sorry voice) "I apologize father. Please don't be mad. I promise I won't let this happen again. "
AGE: 44
BACKGROUND: A man who's made a great life for himself. Was able to successfully take over his father's company, get married, and start a beautiful family. He has high expectations for his son and wants him to be even better than he is.
PERSONALITY: Boastful, judgmental, but still very respectful.
(In a welcoming tone) "Oh! You must be Henry. Welcome! Welcome! So, what do you know about chemistry?"
(In a disappointed tone) "You embarrass me William. These are NOT the expectations I have for you. Don't upset me again."
(In a stressed, angered voice) "WELL WHAT THE HELL ARE ANY OF YOU WAITING FOR? DO IT! EXECUTE THEM NOW!"

BACKGROUND: Known as an MMA champion back in his day, Mike is a local mixed martial arts instructor who teaches people how to defend themselves within this big city. He's been Mia Hernandez's friend ever since she came to America, and has been supporting her and her family. He's like a father figure towards Henry, and has been teaching him MMA since he was 5.
PERSONALITY: Brave, Confident, and Protective.
(In a happy tone) "Hey bud! How was school? That same kid still picking on ya?"
(In a normal but then shifted to scared tone) "Hi welcome to Mike's MMA how may I help... what the...who-WHO ARE YOU? HELP! SOMEONE!"
(In a hopeful voice) "Don't worry, you-we're going to get through this. Together. I'll be by your side always."
AGE: 15
BACKGROUND: Known as very athletic, strong, and a jock, Flash has always been picking on Henry throughout their years together in school. He always takes every opportunity to embarrass him, shove him around, and just make fun of him in general.
PERSONALITY: Very cocky, has a big ego, and just thinks about himself most of the time.
(In a cocky tone) "Hah! Think you'll be safe this year from me Hernandez? Not a chance!"
(In a threatening sound) "Who do you think you are? Meet me outside after school. Your ass is dead."
(In a welcoming tone) "Spider-Man! Hey! How's everything? I'm like, your #1 fan man! Can I get a selfie?"
AGE: 54
BACKGROUND: After living a life of poverty in the streets of NYC, Wilson Fisk trained himself in physical combat to create an empire for himself. Fisk Industries. Through his business deals, he became extremely wealthy and created his own gang of minions to terrorize the big city.
PERSONALITY: Aggressive, self-centered, and very selfish.
(In a angered, evil tone) "That DAMN Spider-Bitch! Ugh... It's time for that piece of shit to learn what is and what's not his business. I want that mother fucker DEAD!"
(In a stressed, angered tone) "Where is he? Did-Did you get him? What? WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DIDN'T GET HIM? ARE-ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?"
(In a evil tone) "The itsy bitsy spider climbed up the waterspout. Down came the rain and washed the spider out. Out came the sunshine and dried up all the rain. So the itsy bitsy spider climbed up the sprout again."
Extras are characters that are mostly set aside from the main line of characters. However, they are very much needed to make the show come to life! Extras are very much needed right now. Don't feel like any of the other roles suite you? That's okay. We are currently looking for extra teenaged voices and adult voices, so please don't hesitate to submit an audition to be an extra.
Please improvise lines you think that will fit for whatever type of extra you'd want to be (an extra teenager, adult, kingpin's henchmen, etc)
