This story is from the 'WHAT IF?' line of comics, where every issue is a story about something interesting happening in the Marvel Universe, it's a comic line that gives creators extreme creative freedom to publish all their crazy scenarios involving Marvel characters.
This particular story is a Spinoff of "Spider-Man Versus Wolverine" in which Spider-Man accidentally kills a woman (Charlemagne, KGB agent) in a confrontation with Wolverine. This deeply affects Peter, but in the original 616 timeline, he is eventually able to move past it. In this timeline however, he misses his plane back to New York, and Wolverine confronts him, this one change changes the trajectory of this timeline drastically, leaving us with a darker, more lethal Spider-Man. And that's where our story picks up...

I'm mainly looking for someone with a unique voice, deep resonance is a preference, but not a prerequisite. Nothing else really matter's besides your ability to speak lines clearly.

Berlin, 1987. Spider-Man travels to the divided city on assignment, trailing after Ned Leeds and the mystery of murdered agents. Wolverine's already on the ground, searching for Charlie, an old ally, maybe something more. Nevertheless, marked for death after crossing the KGB. Naturally, events escalate quickly. Ned is murdered, throat slit, and Peter, shaken, ignores Logan’s warning to go home. Instead, he dons his costume and gets drawn into the mess of Cold War espionage, clashing with Wolverine through safehouses and shadowy city streets. The trail leads to cemeteries and abandoned factories, and any other oddity. Charlie, desperate to avoid capture and torture, asks Wolverine to end her life. Logan hesitates; Spider-Man intervenes. In the chaos, Peter’s reflexes betray him... he kills Charlie by mistake, a punch too forceful. Finally, guilt replaces resolve, Peter returns home, and the burden of what happened in Berlin forever weighs heavy on his conscience. But, what if Logan had offered a different choice at the airport? What if, instead of insisting Peter leave Berlin, he quietly asked him to stay and help rescue Alex, Charlie’s hidden sister, trapped behind enemy lines? What if?
Basically Gwen Stacy if Gwen were a badass secret agent with a tragic backstory and a thing for Peter Parker.
She's like Black Widow but blonde, basically.
