The Bride of Constant Vigil is the leader of the Shinobi Clan, one of the ninja clans to be forcefully allied with the Iron Dominion. She originally sent her son, Espio the Chameleon, to Angel Island to observe Knuckles' activities as the Guardian of the Master Emerald, but since he exposed himself to the Chaotix, he had been "breaking taboo of his station." As soon as the Iron Queen took over, she summoned Espio back to her clan to serve her. However, once Sonic and the Freedom Fighters convinced her to break away from the Iron Dominion, she gave him permission to return to Angel Island with the others and do as he pleases.
Being that the Bride of Constant Vigil is Espio's mother with a calm personality, I want her to actually sound like a mother with a lower tone. I guess you could say it should have a mysterious tone to it like Espio's does, but nothing too extreme.
Your trepedation is unecessary. Come in and we will speak plainly.
Espio has broken the taboo of his station, but...I cannot ignore that it had been the right choice.
I order you to return to your station on Angel Island. You have permission to act freely and as you see fit.
Lightning Lynx was once a member of the Raiju Clan until he was utterly exiled for his defeat against the Bride of Conquering Storm. Since then, he became a member of the Fearsome Four and eventually the Destructix, working with many criminals against the Freedom Fighters. However, after the Clan Wars had ended, Lightning was summoned back to the Raiju Clan under the Iron Dominion's rule. He was also the one to bring Espio back to the Shinobi Clan.
From a few impressions that I've heard of Lightning, he seems to be speaking with a Japanese accent. While I do recommend it, I won't hold it against you if you can't do it. If you'd rather stick with a North American accent, it's fine by me. However, I would prefer if you made him sound a bit youthful because that's how I imagine him to sound whenever I look at him.

Fiona Fox was once captured and imprisoned by Dr. Eggman as a child, leaving her to fend for herself as a treasure thief. She did abandon her old ways to join the Freedom Fighters and become Sonic's girlfriend. However, it was revealed to be nothing but a facade as she was also dating Scourge, Sonic's evil counterpart. As a result, she left the Freedom Fighters and teamed up with Scourge's Supression Squad and eventually the Destructix.
What I'm looking for in Fiona's voice is some kind of "bad girl" tone with a bit of sexiness to it. While I prefer for her to sound more like a teenager, I honestly don't care too much about the pitch quality. Just remember to make her sound evil, lol.

Flying Frog is a dangerous psychpopath who used to be a jester from Mercia. However, due to his violent rampages amongst the villagers, he was put in prison, but managed to escape and presumably killed his prison guard during the process. Later on in the years, he became one of the Fearsome Four lead by Mammoth Mogul and eventually the Destructix under many criminals against the Freedom Fighters. But, since Lightning Lynx's absence, he and the other two remaining members haven't been the same. Under Fiona's leadership, he and the others team up with Sonic and the Freedom Fighters to bring Lightning back from the Raiju Clan.
When I first came upon Flying Frog, I was given the impression that his personality is a combination of two traits: the psychoticness of the Joker and the goofiness of Pinky from Pinky and the Brain. Basically, I want a higher tone to match his goofy personality, but nothing too high pitched to make his craziness stand out.

Predator Hawk was a former soldier of the Battle Bird Armada until he was put to jail for insubordination. He was freed by the Babylon Rouges, but eventually left them to work for Mammoth Mogul as one of the Fearsome Four and then a member of the Destructix. However, since Lightning Lynx's absence, he and the other two remaining members haven't been the same. Under Fiona's leadership, he and the others team up with Sonic and the Freedom Fighters to bring Lightning back from the Raiju Clan.
Being that Predator Hawk's a bird, you would think that his voice should sound like a parrot. However, I think it's safe to say that I want just the typical voice of a high school or college athlete. Nothing too special. Just be sure to give him some attitude.

Sleuth Dawg was originally a member of the Robotropolis Spy Network, providing information to the Freedom Fighters from inside Robotropolis. However, he was swayed to Dr. Eggman's with the promise of wealth and power, only to be roboticized by the mad doctor for his failure. Since his de-roboticization, he took charge of the Destructix to go against the Freedom Fighters. But, since Lightning Lynx's absence, Sleuth decided to leave the Destructix to Fiona and preserve his hide.
Sleuth seems to have the personality of a straight-forward tough guy, so I would like his voice to sound tough. Meaning, a semi-low tone with a bit of gruffness added to it. If you wanna add some kind of accent for good measure, like a Brooklyn accent, then by all means, go ahead.
You can have them. Draco went back to the Eggman Empire, the idiot. Lightning left saying something about "honor restored." Since he left, the others haven't been the same.
When I said you could have them, I meant it. I'm done.
I've saved enough to take care of myself, and I've seen enough to know now's a good time to disappear and preserve my hide. Good luck, lady. You won't see me again.
