Madonna was once Dr Robotnik's assistant, but she turned against him once she had enough of his misogynistic, insufferable ways. She now serves as Sonic's adoptive mother.
The "Major funding" announcer thru out this video is what Madonna should sound like.

For an award-winning scientist, getting foiled by a hedgehog means you're either incompetent or insane.
Dr Robotnik is an evil scientist who wants to roboticize animals. Too bad that hedgehog he killed has a son. And his son has super-speed.
Something like his Sonic SatAM voice is needed.
