Sonic infection au. Dark chaos

I’m rewriting this story but I need to find motivation so it might be a minute

Will there be a cure? Probably

Who can get infected:

Mobians (Sonic, Amy, tails, etc.)

The whisps are immune to the virus

Humans can get half infected not completely losing their minds but having similar symptoms and mutations.

Chao can get infected with this virus…...and can’t be cured

Plants and other animals (froggy, other wildlife): plants and other animals are not immune to this virus.

How many stages of the infection are there?

TBD for now but I can say If you chop off a limb where a bite/ spit, saliva in open cut is then they will be safe from infection

How is it passed: biting, scratching, saliva, spit in a open wound

Everyone in the sonic world will be affected by this some will die some will be infected and some will survive

More will be told soon just give me some time please. Also the story is likely to change so take it all with a grain of salt🧂
