Sonic Boom: Movie Madness!

Project Overview

    "When a screenwriter sits down with Team Sonic to discuss the story of an upcoming movie about them, everyone has there own ideas of what should take place. Can they agree on one without driving each other crazy? Find out in 'Sonic Boom: Movie Madness!'"

    SBMM is a traditional animatic (that works more like a moving comic). Due to many unfortunate circumstances, I have to recast three of the main roles for this project: Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Perci.


     THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND BEFORE AUDITIONING:


1. Do NOT audition for this role if you're a busy person! I know most of us have schools, jobs, and/or other passions that we have to get to beforehand. Knowing that already, don't add another thing to your plate! Not only will that leave me with waiting for lines I'll never get, but it'll leave you feeling like crap. No need for either of those things!

2. Remember that EXPRESSION is more important than IMPRESSION. While I aim to find people with awesome impressions,  the voice that sounds the most alive will always win!

3.  If you get your desired role, actually intend on VOICING IN THE PROJECT! If you audition for a role in a project, it's most likely because you want to be apart of it, right? So why take 10 years to send in lines? PLEASE intend to take the time to record & send in your lines!

  • For those of you who don't understand..

    If I ask for your email or Skype, it's either because you got the role OR because I DO want to work with you on other projects. This is NOT the only Sonic Boom animatic I'm working on, and I don't necessarily HAVE to work with the same people for each. Besides, I don't know about other writers, but seeing how passionate VAs can be about voicing characters in a project makes me WANT to give them an opportunity to broadcast their talent! Also, I'm writing scripts for Modern Sonic projects, so if I ask for your email or Skype, I'm most likely considering you for other roles of other projects.. Just a heads up! :P
