Project Overview
Sonic 26 is a fan-created series that acts as both a spiritual sequel and a 20th anniversary tribute to the "beloved" game Sonic the Hedgehog (2006). Presented in a visual novel format across a YouTube video series of 11 episodes, this project continues the legacy of Sonic 06 with a narrative-driven approach focused on character, lore, and mystery.
Set years after the events of the original game, the story follows Sonic and his pals as they tried to thwart the evil Dr. Eggman's attempts to collect the shards of the Black Emerald.
As Sonic, Shadow, Silver, and the rest of the core cast race to stop Eggman, they begin uncovering traces of a much greater force working behind the scenes. Memories are beginning to fracture. Time itself is shifting. And there are whispers… of a being that should not exist.
Important Project Information:
The series will not begin to release until August of 2026 as to coincide with the release of the original Sonic 06 game. The final episode will be releasing on November 14, 2026.

This is without a doubt the role with the most lines in the series. If you are casted in this role, please be prepared to read paragraphs of fight scenes and setting descriptions. I need the voice to be clear and understandable. I also need you to be able balance the more comedic moments with the more serious.

The sun was high, the wind was perfect, and the loop-de-loops of Green Hill never looked better. For Sonic, it was just another day—another chance to stretch his legs, race the breeze, and leave boredom in the dust. No alarms, no robots, no world-ending catastrophes… just the thrill of the run. At least, for now.
With a confident grin and his trademark ‘I got this’ attitude, Sonic launched himself straight at the towering boss. It was epic—until his foot caught a stray spring, sending him tumbling mid-air and crashing face-first into the wall like a supersonic pancake. Not his finest moment... but at least it was still stylish.
Metal clashed and sparks flew as Sonic stood alone against Eggman, the seven Chaos Emeralds pulsing just beyond reach. Every move counted. Every second cost. The fate of the world balanced on a razor’s edge, and this time… there were no second chances. One mistake, and everything would fall into darkness.
You know him and love him, the 300iq ego maniac himself: DR. EGGMAN! While I'd like for the Eggman voice to be closer to Mike Pollock, feel free to make the voice your own! I'm just looking for something more in line with the cartoony aspects of his voice.
I would also like for you to voice Eggman Nega. For his voice just do a variation on the voice you do for Dr. Eggman.
Dr. Eggman: Hohoho! Success! A brilliant success!! It's just as the Gaia Manuscripts Foretold! The entity that was sealed within the planet has awakened! Now I just need to harness it power. Eggmanland will finally come to be!
Dr. Eggman: Curse you, Sonic! Not only do you foil my plans, but you foil my speeches as well! I work hard on them!
Eggman Nega: Now, the world shall be my plaything! I shall bring about an age of fear and chaos! And it shall be glorious!
The princess with less personality than Princess Peach, despite the latter almost having no lines of spoken dialogue. Well, let's give her another chance shall we? Smart, kind, and fiercely loyal to her people, Elise will do anything to protect the citizens of Soleana, even if it means putting her own life at risk. Feel free to make the voice completely your own!

Orbot is Dr. Eggman’s sarcastic, deadpan assistant. Calm and clever, he often points out flaws in Eggman’s plans with dry wit. Though loyal, he clearly knows his boss is ridiculous and rarely misses a chance to say so—with a smirk and a sigh.

He means since the boss said "nothing will stop me" and Sonic here is going to stop him, it's like the boss is calling Sonic "nothing."

Cubot is Dr. Eggman’s goofy, scatterbrained robot assistant. He’s clumsy, easily confused, and often blurts out things at the worst possible moment. Unlike Orbot, Cubot means well—but usually makes things worse with his antics and broken voice chip.
