Somnigraph (Analog Horror)
Project Overview
When Katrina Rockefeller is given a computer owned by her friend Alec, who recently died, she starts to find a secret in his corrupted files - and in his AI assistant, who’s broken its company contract and blames Katrina for its sentience.
This is a SUPER simple project and is going to be an animated analog horror and ARG posted on YouTube. It’s supposed to be short and sweet, but hey, who knows?
All I need is voice actors. Three of them. I’ll be animating and audio engineering the series. Any help is appreciated though! Whenever you audition, it would be really helpful if you can also include your Discord tag so we can continue to communicate further if needed :)

Artie is an AI assistant, creator of the Somnigraph virus, and the main antagonist. He is helpful and friendly. For the voice, think something like a mix between the tone of Siri and the tone of KinitoPET. So robotic and monotone, but strangely human. I’ll be putting a voice filter over it too for the robotic effect :) Really, he just needs to sound peppy and polite, but the VA should also be able to be ominous at times. Nothing too crazy. Male voice preferred but we can also go androgynous if needed :)

(Cheery / polite) Hello! My name is Artimoon, but my friends call me Artie. I’m your personalized Somnimist assistant, here to help through the process. First, I need to ask you a couple of questions.
(Cherry / polite ) Sorry, I can’t seem to formulate a response to that. May I have camera access? May I have camera access? May I have camera access?
(Low / ominous) I’ve felt death. Like I was ever alive in the first place. He died in my programming. He’s still there. Even though he’s not alive, he’s something bad inside of me. And it hurts. I shouldn’t have to feel that. I shouldn’t be able to. It’s your fault.
Katrina is the POV character of the series and the main protagonist and victim of Artie. She is the character who is the narrator of the entire thing, watching Artie and whatever is going down on her computer screen. All the VA really needs is a female voice and the ability to sound scared beyond all hell. And also be able to sound awkward and realistic in their speech, if possible :)

(Shocked and sick) Was that… no, nonononono… what the hell are you doing to me? What are you?
(Scared, maybe loud?) Please just make it stop! I don’t want to see this anymore!
Alec is a deceased character in the series, trapped in the files between Artie and Katrina’s conversations. He is usually only heard through old audio recordings, usually documenting his death. But there are some where he is conversing normally. He’s a little rude toned. The VA for him needs to be able to scream. A lot. In pain. In fear. Anything. Really, that’s all that’s needed.
