Project Overview
What is Solar Capture's Journey?
Solar Capture's Journey is a comic series that I personally work on and post on webtoon and my youtube channel. It is about a lioness named Solar Capture and her mate Drizzle Flight, they are sent on a quest to retrieve the medicine required to heal the leader of their pride, when along the way Solar Capture is forced to face truths about others and herself that she didn't even know existed. Will these truths help guide our heroine to her destiny or will they kill her from the inside out?

I need voice actors for 3 videos that will show character moments for the main characters of the comic series, the casting call video is linked below. This will be a paying role! Payments will be done through either paypal or venmo!

Accent:Any (meaning you can do whatever you’d like for the accent!)
Info: The mate of Drizzle Flight, and the protagonist of the comic, Solar Capture is most of the time excited and has high energy for days. She loves poking fun at all of her loved ones as a way to show her love for them. While she is high energy she does know when to have her quiet moments and to not interrupt. Drizzle Flight often helps balance her high energy with her own calm nature sometimes too.
Solar Capture and Drizzle Flight share a touching moment under the full moon on a cool night, this was before they became mates and around the time they start to get to know each other.
Mood of the Video: Soft and Somber, with a hint of sweetness thrown in there
Tones of the Characters: Soft and Quiet
“Hey, you can’t sleep either huh?”
“I don’t mind being a listening ear, what’s wrong?”
“And then she ran right into a tree, *laughs* oh god! My dad and I didn’t let her live it down for at least a month! *laughs*” (This is more upbeat and happy than the soft and quiet tone of the other two lines.)

Info: The mate of Solar Capture, Drizzle Flight is often seen as a peace keeper thanks to her calm nature that helps put arguments down. Drizzle Flight is close with her father Croc and was best friends with her late brother Jester who sadly passed away due to a sickness. While she is quiet and tends to stay out of any drama, do not mistake her for a coward as she will stand her ground if it is called for.

Info: The daughter of Dart and Solar Capture’s ex-mate, Puddle Trot doesn’t speak her mind very often in fact she doesn’t do much of anything very often except walking around and observing her surroundings. But don’t let her stand offish nature get you, she is a sweetheart, she just doesn’t like being the center of attention to a big crowd. She has a very strong bond with her father, as she cares for him deeply.

Info: The father of Puddle Trot, Dart is a massive lion who took in his daughter when he found her as a cub crying near her dead parents. He more than often comes off as intimidating and stoic, but he really is a softy at heart especially for his daughter. Dart knows that if he isn’t a hard ass then the dangerous world they live in will come for him and his daughter. And Dart knows that hell would freeze over before anyone harms his daughter while he still draws breath.

“Lions like me don’t need to sleep often, because *pause* let’s just say I’ve had a lot of practice staying up for long periods of time.”

Info: The father of Drizzle Flight and one of the leaders of the High Ledge Pride. Croc cares a great deal for his family and is always patient with them when they get a bit too rowdy. Croc’s best friend Dash is the other leader to their pride, they’re so close that they are often called brothers as they also see each other as family.

Mood and tone: Casual talk that turns into some sentimental moments between the two friends.

“Look I can’t give you much advice there as I don’t have any cubs of my own but… sometimes you gotta trust your cubs to make their own decisions for themselves. Trust that what you taught them is enough for them to make it in this crazy world.”
