Young Dixie and her older brother to the beach after a long day from school, Her brother goes to get popsicles and when he comes back she's gone! Dixie was playing in the sand and found a necklace, she puts it on and the water becomes a path and lures her into the water and she turns into something!! Dixie is older and is gonna be the next Water Queen when she encounters her older brother when going to land to get the crown back. She falls in love and now had to pick a decison...
