I wish to create a fan dub for the Shovel Knight Treasure Trove, this includes dubbing all four main line games. You don't need to play Shovel Knight to audition, but being apart of this project will result in getting spoiled for the main story.
King Knight and Plague Knight are not listed becuase they have already been casted.

It's been almost a full day since I posted the casting call and I'm loving the auditions so far. I don't have any reservations about VAs playing multiple characters so please audition for as many characters as you like. Also make sure to share this with your friends so we can fill out as many roles as possible :)

Shovel Knight is a righteous warrior who believes deeply in the code of shovelry. After the disappearance of his partner, Shield Knight, Shovel Knight went into a life of solitude. Now returning to the land, he must defeat the eight knights of the Order of no Quarter and save the land from the Enchantress.
For Shovel Knight, I want his voice to encapsulate the stereotypical chivalry knight. I also wish for it to ooze kindness.

Shovel Knight’s perfect foil, Black Knight is an anti-hero who wishes to protect the Enchantress for reasons that no one but himself knows.
Black Knight should have a similar chivalry to Shovel Knight, with a hint of Darkness.

Specter Knight is the Enchantress' most trusted member of the order. Originally living as Donovan, the Enchantress gave Specter Knight new life on the condition that he gather eight Knights for her Order.
Donovan’s voice sounds like the classic seasoned adventurer. When he becomes Specter Knight, his voice would become grovelier and dead inside.
(Specter Knight) Fool! I've come here for you. You will kneel before me, bow before the Enchantress and join her Order!
(Donovan) Don't worry, we won't be leaving empty handed.
(Specter Knight) I will serve as your Eighth Knight! Take me instead.
The master of pyrotechnics and demolition. Mole knight is on a journey to mine all the treasure in the land for the Enchantress.
I imagine Mole Knight’s voice sounding heavy and dirty since he’s surrounded by dirt all day every day.

Was once friends with Shovel Knight. Polar Knight now works as the Enchantress’ muscle in the Order of no Quarter.
Polar knights voice would be considerably deep due to his sheer size.

In charge of the flying airship, Propeller Knight has an air of arrogance behind everything he does.
With his voice, I want Propeller Knight to sound distinctly European with the belief that he is better than everyone else.

Tinker Knight is the engineer of the Order. Being small in size, he makes hulking tanks in order to compensate for his short stature.
I want Tinker Knight to have a considerably higher voice than the other knights.

Treasure Knight should have a bellowing voice, however within his helmet, it’s completely unintelligible.

When attempting to stop the theft of an amulet, said amulet possesses Shield Knight and turns her into the Enchantress. With newfound corruption, she enslaves the land with her posse of Knights.
Shield Knight’s and The Enchantress’ voices will be similar. However, Shield Knight will sound more heroic while the Enchantress would sound more nefarious.
(Enchantress) Oh, Ho Ho Ho, that can certainly be arranged.
(Shield Knight) Shovel Knight is wounded, take him and get outside!
(Enchantress) Specter Knight, dispose of this intruder.
After the death of his father, Reize travels the land to try and defeat the Order of no Quarter, even if he isn’t very good at it.
Reize will sound much younger than the other characters.

Though he has a deep bellowing voice, The Baz is also a complete softy who can break down at any moment.

Plague Knight’s partner in crime. Mona runs the Potionarium, a place devoted to alchemically creating new types of bombs for Plague Knight. Though their relationship is professional, Mona is secretly in love with him.
Mona should sound mono-tone and uninterested when talking to anyone but lights up slightly when talking to Plague Knight.

A lowly enemy given the gift of a voice from the Enchantress. Beginning as a puppet ruler, King Birder breaks from her control and chooses to act as a voice for the other minions.
