Short YouTube Cartoon in need of a Cartoony Male Voice Actor

Project Overview

I am making a short YouTube animation around 20 seconds long. There are only two characters, one of which already has her voice actor. Today I am looking for the male's voice. He only has two short lines of dialogue and that is it. 

I have a lot of pictures of him, storyboard examples, and the placeholder for the suggested mood if it helps.

Jubi is a very naive, silly and sweet guy, who seems intimidating at first but is really super kind. I imagine his voice sounding nasally, similar to maybe Stimpy from Ren & Stimpy, or Doctor 0 from Fallout New Vegas. Despite his large appearance, I do NOT imagine him sounding super deep or anything.
