Plot Synopsis
Infinity is a serious, character-driven Destiny 2 Machinima series. The first season is based around characters from the game's lore and kicks off with a man called Praedyth, who comes from an alternate dimension, being murdered. Osiris, a clever and powerful Warlock, follows the murderer back to the alternate reality, only to discover it is a universe ruled by a vicious tyrant called Dredgen Yor.

This Casting Call is only for the first season of Infinity, as each season will introduce a new cast of characters. The Casting Call also leaves out quite a few characters that have already been cast. The first season of Infinity is expected to be completed (all episodes uploaded) by the end of 2019. The main antagonist of Infinity, Dredgen Yor is a ruthless, brutal tyrant who commands an army of loyal followers. He is nihilistic and callous, and has a complete disregard for human life-but despite this. he is excellent at reading people's emotions, often utilising this ability to catch his enemies off-guard. Having personally slain thousands of Guardians, he is revered as a God by his followers, and his weapon, Thorn, can drain the life of its victim with a single scratch.
Dredgen Yor has an American accent, and talks with a slow, deep. growling voice which often turns coy or threatening.
You’ve spent most of your life trying to stop me. I appreciate the dedication in that.
You think you’re so clever, marching into my fortress, with all your righteous arrogance. But you’re not clever, are you? You’re just a ragtag group of desperate, pathetic nobodies.
If you fire that bow, I will kill you. And then I will drag your broken and bloody carcass to Ryan and I will force him to bury you before I shoot him.
Toland, the Shattered is a shady character: devious, cold-hearted and ruthlessly pragmatic. Having led a failed assassination attempt on Dredgen Yor two years before Infinity takes place, he now lives in exile, secretly developing a weapon to kill Yor. His complex relationships with the other characters marks him as untrustworthy, although he is fundamentally on the side of good.
Toland talks with a slow, harsh voice and has an American accent.
Toland is a recurring character, so his voice actor will need to be committed to Season 5 of Infinity as well

The Outrider (real name: Marin Mansanas) is a mercenary who works for Dredgen Yor. She is a strong and capable fighter, as well as being an expert archer, but holds little loyalty to Yor and only works for him to fund a cure for Ryan. The Outrider is usually levelheaded and prefers to avoid conflict, but is ferociously desperate to find a cure for her son, which often leads to her making rash decisions. She also has a flirtatious relationship with Pahanin*, who has a crush on her.
The Outrider talks coolly most of the time, but when talking about Ryan her voice is often tinged with grief and distress.
The Outrider is a recurring character, so her voice actor will need to be committed to Seasons 4 and 5 of Infinity as well
*A Resistance fighter. Not listed in the Casting Call.
[Sweetly] You look cute when you’re struggling to breathe. [Harsh] Let’s see if I can recreate that.
[Furious, Desperate] If you lay one finger on him, I swear to God-
I’ve done everything you’ve asked. You promised me ten times what we agreed upon. Now I need you to honour your side of the deal.
A supporting character, Marcus Ren is a hotheaded Resistance fighter. He is good friends with Pahanin, but is young and slightly immature, and often makes naive decisions.
Marcus Ren talks fairly quickly and has an upbeat personality.

[Out of Breath, Exhilarated] Whoo! That was a wild fight!
I wanted to leave it all behind me, and I tried so hard. But I couldn’t let go.
Having participated in Toland's ill-fated assassination attempt on Dredgen Yor, Shinobu was captured and imprisoned by Yor. After six months of torture, she managed to escape, where she lived in exile until Osiris persuades her to rejoin the fight against Yor. Shinobu is bitter and reluctant to fight, and harbours a deep hatred of Toland for abandoning her after his assassination attempt failed.
Shinobu speaks brashly and quickly, and is prone to raising her voice and snapping at people.
Shinobu is a recurring character, so her voice actor will need to be committed to Season 5 of Infinity as well
[Furious] You think I care?! There’s no way in hell I’m going near him again.
[Angry, Breathing Heavily] I’m going to kill you for what you did to me.
[Injured, Laboured Breathing] You talk too much.
Commander Lee Slater is a minor character who appears only as part of an audio broadcast. He is the lead commander of a remote outpost on the moon Titan, and is attacked and threatened by Toland, who forces him to give up the location of an important dig site.
Slater often descends into hysterics under Toland's interrogation, so his voice actor will need to be able to effectively communicate fear without being comical.
[Awestruck, Terrified] He found us.
The site’s barren now. I don’t even know why you’d want to go there.
[Hysterical] No. No, I can’t! He’d kill me!
The Disciple is a companion of Osiris. A minor character, he stays behind when Osiris travels to the alternate reality. He is a fairly lighthearted character and speaks with a jovial tone.
[Exasperated] Oh, for God’s sake.
Right. But Dredgen Yor and Praedyth are both supposed to be dead.
You were gone for weeks! What happened?
Ryan is The Outrider's son. Suffering from an agonising sickness, he is The Outrider's main motivation for becoming a mercenary. Given his illness, he should talk weakly and timidly.
Ugh… my head…
[Howls in Pain] It hurts!
I can’t sleep either. There’s no medicine left, and my head hurts. When will you be home?
Enoch Bast is a strong, courageous Titan who is a close friend of Marcus Ren. As he only appears in one scene and the audition lines are his only dialogue, I will simply inform the successful applicant that I will be using their lines when the deadline is up.
I can’t do nothing, Marcus. We have to help Saint-14.
I’m sorry, Marcus. But I cannot stand by and watch a Guardian die.
I’d rather die honourably than live as a coward.
