Project Overview

Within the world of Club Penguin, two heroic individuals fight side by side in order to combat crime and villainy wherever it may live. These two heroes are Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal! But have you ever wondered how these two individuals joined forces and got their powers in the first place? Well this comic gives you that exact answer!

Hi! My name is Ethan! I am the sole runner and director of EMC Pictures, a YouTube channel dedicated to making content out of uncommon ideas and concepts in unconventional means! (That's translation for I do what I want and use iMovie for my projects). 

REQUIREMENTS FOR PROJECT:

1. Please be responsive and cooperative with the process of this project. 

2. I have no preference between XLR microphones or USB microphones, but I do have a preference towards good mic quality. Please have little to no background noise and reduce peaking and plosives as well. 

GUIDELINES FOR AUDITIONS:

1. You may audition for as many characters as you want. 

2. If a character has a specified head canon voice, please try to replicate said voice. Additionally, if a character has a specified accent, you must do the accent for the audition. If neither is specified or its loosely described, you're free to go with your gut!

4. Just in case anyone asks, you are not required to slate. 

5. If you are cast for an extra role(s), you will not be contacted after you are cast since the audition holds all of the lines your character speaks. So give it your all!

6. Please no troll auditions.

Sam is a calculated and social penguin, working as a reporter for the Club Penguin Times. He gains his powers after Gary the Gadget Guy's invention goes haywire. (Sam is male, but he is young enough that a woman would be able to voice him)

Sam is about in the 13-14 range of teen hood, so his voice is a little higher than most. 

  • "But what's the big deal? It's just a toaster. A really big and funny looking toaster, but still- it's JUST a toaster."

  • "Hey, wait a minute! I've got Shadow Powers now!" 

  • "Well, without knowing it was me, Aunt Artic called me "Shadow Guy" in the Newspaper, so thats what I'll call myself: Shadow Guy!"
