One of the daytime crew members. She's part of the band alongside Glow and serves sweet treats she makes before hours to the audience. Her stage name is "Candy". Her sister is "Sugar" who is an ex-employee.

One of the evening crew members. She's part of the band alongside Shadow and Darkness. Her stage name is "Grey" and is the girlfriend of "Candy". Due to an injury sustained my "Sugar", she has a stuttering problem with her speech.

Head of Security, working during both daytime and evening shows. "Darkness" and "Light" working alongside him. His tall stature and deep voice tend to be threatening towards guest so he stays cooped up in his office.

An ex-employee, worked during the daytime shows. Worked with younger kids in the 'Creative road' sector (a collection of different art rooms). Nicknamed "Inky" by the children. Lost an arm and covered in burn scars due to an incident with "Shadow" and was let go from work. She holds an extreme grudge against "Shadow".

Sister of "Candy". Often finding herself under psychiatric care for concerning behaviour. Known to pester her sister and her girlfriend and try hurt them. Refers to herself as "Sugar" as a way to intervene into "Candy" 's life.

Ex-Security, fired due to criminal record. One of the few fired employees still permitted to enter the building under casual terms. Code name was "Alpha" during her time there.

An ex-employee who used to work as part of the tech team, responsible for fixing and maintaining all the equipment in the building. He was fired for tampering and was banned from the premises due to repeated offences of harassment and thievery after being fired.
