[PAID] Seeking Composer for Roxanne Cover

Forgive me for the fact that I am not seeking voice actors; but rather, technical help for music composer for a cover of Roxanne by The Police that I would like to perform. I've always been on the look-out for any musicians/composers seeking jobs but there aren't any places that I know of to FIND such people, so CCC is my best bet at the moment? If you know of any places where I can find technical music help, please direct me there!

I would like to perform a jazzy rendition of Roxanne, something similar to the Moulin Rouge adaptation:

I have no real means to describe in words how I would like, but below I provide a vocal sample so you can get a feel for not only it's sound, but my range as well.

(I'm also gonna go ahead and add some obligatory "please be gentle" bs schtick as I did not warm up before-hand + i've been sippin on monsters so my voice is rather shaky in areas. I just wanted to provide something simple without requiring too much effort for a simple concept.)

As stated below, prices are negotiable as I have not had the chance to commission a composer before. I WOULD prefer a price lower than $100 but please let me know if I'm low-balling; I have absolutely no idea how to pay a musician.
