Seeing Stars - A TADC Fan Song (Jax)
Project Overview
Hi, I’m Vois0n, and I want to create a fan song for Jax from The Amazing Digital Circus—and I need your help!
I need artists (whether character or background) and a male vocalist. To tell you a bit about what this fan song is about…
As a lot of people now know, Jax is a closeted transgender character, which was confirmed by the creator of the series. Though during the entire show (since he’s closeted), Jax uses he/him pronouns. I want this song to be about his personal issues, self-discovery, and most importantly—his gender identity. I wanted to try something new with this song, my intention of it being fast-paced, energetic, and emotionally strong.
Now that I’ve given you a little bit of a premise, let’s talk about requirements. There aren’t many, but there are some:
Everyone who auditions must be 13+ (I know this sucks, but it’s what I feel is best)
When you audition (for both vocalists and artists), PLEASE tell me what you use when recording or illustrating—it’d make things easier to get this in production
You MUST have a Discord so that we can communicate properly
And I ask of you, please be respectful of everyone!
Also, this project WILL be released on YouTube, with credits for everyone in the production of this song in the video and description! So have fun!

Jax from The Amazing Digital Circus is a closeted transgender woman, referred to as he/him throughout the series. For this part, I need a male voice with fast-paced energy, strong vocals, and the ability to project emotion into the vocals.
You do NOT need to sound like his actual character voice from the series. Any voice for Jax will work, so no worries!
You can audition by using a sample of a cover or original song; your choice!

So, the last time I attempted to make a fan song, I bit off more than I could chew. So, I need some people to help with the art for this. You don’t need to know how to animate; we’re just going to be putting together some illustrations of the character.
If you specialize in character artistry, please tell me! If you could send some of your artwork to me (whether it’s via CCC or through my Discord—it’s vois0n_exe), that’d be so great! Same thing if you prefer background art—I’d love some help with background artistry as well.
And if you’re wondering, yes, I will be doing some of the art myself as well, mainly character art.
I will provide a rough storyboard outlining how I’d like the illustrations to be—plus probably colour palette, brushes (but I need to know what software you use), and specifically how I’d like Jax’s character to be drawn. It’s fine if it’s not exact! And any of the artists can add little references or details that make each illustration feel unique in a way! TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT CREATIVE FREEDOM!
