Searching for Female Voice Actor for Avatar Earthbending Character (ATLA fan project)

I'm looking for another voice actor, this time a female, to do a short voiceover for my Avatar the Last Airbender original character's short animation, with just a few lines of script. The audition lines are not the final yet, I'm writing them now.
Animation is nearly done. All I have left is just a few bit of shadings left and special effects, so I'm estimating to finish it next week because I'm going back to my hometown for New Year. So I would like to seek a voice actor in a shorter time then I can get it done by then. :)

Voice Actor
- Female voice, mid to low range. Since she's an older character reaching nearly her fifties, she should have a more mature sounding voice. Not elderly or like too aging, but sounds deep and strong, but in a calm manner.
- American/Western accent, similar to the original ATLA/Korra show, but I don't mind an Asian accent either, as long as the delivery/acting is good.
- Characteristics: Hardened, bitter, strategic, elegant
- Her design is quite last minute, but I do imagine someone with the presence of Michelle Yeoh as a reference to her design and mannerism
