This is a government funded Emergency Broadcast system. I'm not looking for any voice in particular, just American and try to sound official.
"The following is a statewide required monthly test of the Emergency Alert System in the New England Area. The broadcasters of your area in voluntary cooperation with federal state, and local authorities; have developed this system to keep you informed in the event of an emergency. If this were a real emergency, the alert sound you just heard, would be follow by news or instructions. This concludes this test of the Emergency Broadcasting System."
"This is an official activation of the Emergency Broadcasting System in the New England Area. This is not a test… An unknown pathogen has been detected on the Cape and Islands area. By request from the US Government, we are broadcasting to inform you that infected areas are now under quarantine until further notice. Instructions will now appear on screen for individuals affected by the outbreak. Marshall law is being enacted in select towns, and quarantined areas. There will be a curfew in order from 10am to 10pm in areas under Marshall Law. "
"The Pathogen officially named Weeping Mania, is highly contagious, and is transmitted through bite, cough, sneeze, blood and other bodily fluids. Symptoms of Weeping Mania include fever, migraines, internal hemorrhages, depression, cognitive deterioration, increased aggression, mania and eventual death. Symptoms begin to appear twelve hours after initial exposure to the virus. Infected individuals should be avoided as they not only carry the infection, but are extremely violent. Do not approach anyone who seems to be laughing or crying, as a symptom of Weeping Mania, is uncontrollable and severe mood swings. The US Government would also like to inform you that there will be no evacuations until further notice. Stay in your homes, stay away from infected individuals, and stay safe."
