- This series is unpaid. This is a passion project giving the future team and I a new experience
Royal WhispersRoyal Whispers is Gacha voice acted and animated series. The series will follow Faiya Elm, a girl living in a small village who mysteriously gets invited to a magical school: Royburn Boarding school for future kings and queens. There she struggles with fitting in and the school’s dynamics. She ends up uncovering mysteries about her past, those around her, and Royburn. This series will be a blend of teen drama and a bit of fantasy.
Episode Process- Each episode script is written by me
- Actors and I record their lines together on discord
- Artist create character sheets, backgrounds, and props
- Animators animate the characters and backgrounds (once everyone’s casted, animation team and I will further discuss how they want the work to be split up)
- Audios and music is found
- Editors put the episode together
- I upload the episode to YouTube
Expectations- Respect deadlines (if they need to be changed or you need more time you can discuss that with me)
- Be open to feedback and revisions and be communicative
- This is a fun project, treat each member of the team with respect and avoid drama

I'll hire 10-12 animators so the workload can be split evenly (12+ if needed). You'll be animating Gacha characters, backgrounds, and scenes based on scripts and my personal directions. Please send a sample clip of at least 5 seconds showing your animation skills. (Preferably a Gacha animation, and over five seconds.) Any animation software and hardware is fine as long as it produces smooth animations.

Faiya grew up with little and never felt like she belonged anywhere. She’s new to the magic academy and keeps people at arm’s length. She’s clever and sarcastic, although she'll also have more emotional scenes later on. She's the lead so be prepared to show a range of emotions. She is the lead so range and good mic quality is important.

Damien is Faiya's academic rival. He's sarcastic and cold, but not as guarded as Faiya. This role calls for someone who can show sarcasm, emotion, and intensity, as Damien because more prominent in later episodes. Make sure you have good mic-quality!

Professor Lark is a kindhearted professor at Royburn. He acts as a mentor and guide for Faiya throughout the series. Most students see him as a shy but strict professor. He plays an important role and has many lines later on.

Headmistress Celeste plays a small role early on in the series, but may be a stronger character throughout the series. She is very headstrong, bold, and wise. This role must have a clear-mic and be able to show a range of emotions.

I'm looking for custom backgrounds or props in a cartoon style, similar or identical to Gacha. You'll be working alongside 1-4 other artists if needed. Based on the script, and my personal descriptions you'll design a gacha background. The scene may need multiple angles of backgrounds. You need to be able to match the Gacha style, and draw full environments (interior + exterior).

This role works close to the animation team. You'll need to take the Gacha OC's and clean them up, meaning make their outlines cleaner, smooth out anything that looks unnatural, etc. You'll be turning the characters into layered, editable files with multiple expressions and different angles.

As Royal Whispers will be produced on YouTube, it's important that someone is making eye-catching thumbnails. The thumbnails should capture the episode and characters. Each thumbnail should include a picture (making it clear that this is a Gacha series) as well as the title. Please be open to redoing or editing your thumbnail design if needed, I'll likely give you a gist of what the thumbnail should include each episode.

This role is responsible for sourcing copyright-free sounds/music or making original tracks that would fit the mood of the scene. I'm looking for someone who can find or create high-quality sound effects. Most sounds shouldn't include lyrics unless the scene warrants it which is likely rare.

Looking for 2-3 editors to help put together each episode of Royal Whispers. You'll be in charge of combining all the elements, animation clips, voices, backgrounds, sound effects, and music into a smooth and polished episode. You'll work closely with me to choose the best takes, sounds, and scenes making sure everything fits and flows well. Attention to detail and communication are key since you'll be handling multiple assets from different team members.
You're responsible for syncing voices and animations, adding backgrounds and props, mixing music and sound effects with dialogue, and making sure scenes transition smoothly.

Extras play minor and background characters in the series. Some extras may lead to more prominent roles. You'll voice a variety of roles like a student passing by, a teacher yelling, or maybe a kid yelling, whatever the scene calls for. You should be able to do a variety of voices (they don't have to be totally different, just not identical) and deliver quick lines clearly and with emotion. Flexibility and willingness to hop into a random character is a must. Good audio quality is a must, even if you're not playing a huge role.
