Project Overview
WHAT ROSEVERSE IS:
Roseverse is an WIP, animatic-style webseries with an action-packed plot and lots of character development, all taking place in the Roblox universe! We're currently a small team, and this is a passion project, so all work done is completely volunteer work!
Roseverse is a multiverse story that follows a group of four people who range from dimension hoppers, to a family man who could kill with a single punch, to a robot scientist who didn’t know the multiverse existed until recently. Stranded and forbidden from going home until they defeat the infection deleting universes, the main 4 must not only defeat the infection and it’s accomplices, but learn how to tolerate each other and face their traumas and fears while doing so.

LORE INFORMATION:The structure of the world is divided into Universes and Timelines. Universes are games, and Timelines are the infinite variations of the game. The Multiverse is what we call existence as a whole. It encompasses all Universes and Timelines. Outside of the Multiverse, there is nothing at all, since it is existence itself.
1x is a mass infection that wants to corrupt the multiverse. Starforge is the guardian of the Multiverse, and when the main 4 stumble into his realm, he forcibly recruits them to help him take down 1x.

MAIN CHARACTER INFORMATION:HYDRIS: Hydris is a chill, empathetic guy who has has a heart of gold and a lot of patience. He comes from the Subspace and is a Devator (beings who live in the Subspace) and 'old guest' half breed. He is the member of an anomalous organization that doesn't really matter in this story, and you'll see why. Careful! While it's incredibly hard to make him fully anger, a truly enraged Hydris is often quite violent.
NOLI: Noli is a Robloxian turned void entity who explores the endless void, filled with all the Roblox games in existance. After finding the void star and being corrupted by it, he nearly destroyed all of Robloxia, but was stopped by the admins. Now that he had control of himself again, he completely isolated himself out of grief for what he did. Now, he has made the decision to find all the shards of the broken void star in order to seal it for good. His search leads him to a bar where he encounters an unexpected guest...
SIGNAL: Signal was a non-sentient robot who worked as a manager for a secret government organization, the P.I.R.C.E. After an unfortunate accident that left him self-aware and able to make his own decisions, he is forced to live the monotonous life of a cog in the machine for the P.I.R.C.E until the beginning of Roseverse's events. He is quite hyper and excitable, and loves life and all living things. He is blunt and sensitive, and although he tries his best to be kind, he struggles to contain and control his still somewhat-new emotions.
KANE: Kane is, or at least was, a man. A creature of emotion, not logic. He is extremely powerful, but has been considered a tool since he was born. All he wanted was a peaceful life, and after 24 years of suffering, he got the family and peace he'd always hoped and fought for. However, 16 years later, aged 40, he got dragged into another unwanted adventure, and is now willing to do anything to get back to where he was.
STARFORGE: Starforged Knight is a calm, highly capable guardian within Roseverse, a multiverse made of countless interconnected worlds and living creations. He once found deep purpose in exploring and protecting these universes, but over time the repeated lack of originality across them dulled his sense of wonder, leaving him more detached and analytical. Despite this, he continues to act as a guide and protector, though now more out of long-term obligation and purpose than emotional connection. He is highly strategic and observant, often thinking several steps ahead, valuing structure and originality while maintaining a distant, controlled demeanor in how he interacts with the multiverse.

Signal is one of the main 5 characters of Roseverse. He is hyper and excitable, and has very poor control of his emotions. He is rather blunt. His voice should be male-sounding, but pitch should be higher rather than lower. As he is an sentient android robot, a slight robotic filter would be preferable overlayed on the voice lines. He stutters a lot, as his 'brain' is faster than his 'mouth'.His voice is comparable to Painter from the game Pressure, though more grounded.

Anyway, um, I’m Signal! I work as a manager for a government organization called the P.I.R.C.E (don’t real this part out loud, P.I.R.C.E is pronounced “perk!) and I like chemistry!

Hydris is one of the main 4 characters of Roseverse. He's a chill, empathetic guy, has a heart of gold, and often has a lot of patience. His voice should be male-sounding, relaxed, and slightly quieter than the average speaking volume. The pitch of his voice should be mid-range. When upset, he doesn't yell, but his voice gets more monotonous and grim. When enraged, he speaks loudly and brashly. His voice is comparable to Kou Tanaka from Blue Spring Ride in energy and Ayanokoji from Classroom of the Elite in tone.

Noli is one of the main 4 characters of Roseverse. He is not very talkative but is incredibly observant, and cares deeply about his friends even if he doesn't show it outwardly that often. He spends his time explorung the void. His voice should be lower-pitched and relativley monotonous. He speaks with a slow, relaxed pace. His voice is comparable to fanon Sans from the game Undertale, though more grounded in reality.

Not trusting Hydris and knowing you’re a dick are not mutually exclusive, you know.
Kane is loud, brash, and arrogant. He is ruled by emotion, not logic, and often lashes out violently. Despite being such a bastard, however, he just genuinely wants to protect the people he cares about, as he’s experienced firsthand how cruel life can be. His voice is mid-toned, confident, and on the louder side. It can be comparable to Gyro Zeppeli from Steel Ball Run.
