A fandub of Room of Swords on Webtoon.
Currently planning to dub the first 29 episodes. We’ll continue from there if everything goes well. As such, we’re only casting characters from season 1 at the moment.
It’s recommended that you have read Room Of Swords up to at least the end of season 2 in order to have a better grasp on the characters, world, and story.
Audition lines for each role can be found in a doc here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IzxL9_KBHtiExc1tI_KfHwi4Ztvx2HFCOVNCTSHlz3g/mobilebasic

Gyrus is a young engineer and astronaut from 2545 A.D. He has several diffrent versions of himself which all display distinct diffrences from one another while still being the same person. Note: The following contains spoliers for Room of Swords
The younger version of Gyrus, which the comic follows as our main protagonist, is bright and curious. He's generally well liked by others, and is able to befriend people easily. Romantic cues go over his head completely- especially so with Tori. He's naive, yet incredibly intelligent, and cares deeply for others. He's slow to anger, but quick to beccome emotional (it's easy to make him cry.)
Black Box Gyrus, or BBGyrus, is a manifestation of the concious of Past Gyrus who resides in the Black Box. He is much less emotionally vunerable than Gyrus- he's often refered to as "edgy" by readers. He is dramatic and serious, only really showing the lighter side of his personality when interacting with Kodya (mainly through flirting.) BBGyrus is much quicker to anger than Gyrus, and less likely to cry or become emotional.
Past Gyrus is the version of Gyrus that BBGyrus is a manifestation of. Past Gyrus cares about others and has a desire to help and protect, often at the expense of his own saftey. He's emotionally closed off while still putting up a cheerful facade to others to hide his internal conflicts. The only person he is emotionally vunerable with is Kodya. He displays strong emotions at times, as well as paranoia and fear.
The following contains MAJOR spoilers for Room of Swords. It's highly recomended that you've read up to season 3 before auditioning for this role.
Masiosare is an emotionless, apathtic version of Gyrus from the future. He is willing to sacrifice whatever it takes to acheive his goals, going so far as to commit murder. He has no emotional connection to anyone and is soley concerned with accomplishing his goals. Anger is the only real emotion he displays at any point- he completely stoic the rest of the time.

Tori is a determined, loyal, strong-willed, and fiery knight. She comes from a medevil kingdom in 1000 A.D., where she was the Queen's knight. She is protective of the people she trusts, but not afraid to fight anyone she sees as a potential threat. She's confident in her fighting abilities and is ver proud of her status as a knight. She's easily flustered but tries to hide it- she has an obvious attraction to Gyrus due to him remiding her of her lover back home. She has difficulty getting along with Kodya, as their views on many things contradict- especially when it comes to Gyrus, who both characters have romantic intrest in.

Sylvia is a cave girl from 12,000 B.C. She doesn't speak english- her language is represented to the reader through emojis. Her lines are largely up to interpretation- grunts and other vocalizations are primarily what her lines will sound like.
Generally, Sylvia is a very cheerful person. Her favorite thing is food- she'll do practically anything for it. She displays incredible strength, and is physically the strongest character in the comic. She has a carefree attitude and won't hesitate to protect her friends- even if it means giving up her own life.

Kodya is a Russian soldier from 1812 A.D. He oftten curses in Russian, and sometimes says short phrases in his native language. Kodya is loyal and mature, but has trouble getting along with people. His powers classify him as an Empath, someone who has domain over emotions/feelings/thoughts. He is suprisingly empathetic despite his distant and stoic outward personality, and shows genuine concern about the people he cares about- mainly Gyrus and Nephthys. He's easily annoyed and argumenative, especially with Tori. He has a complicated relationship with Gyrus in season 1, and is often awkward around him or when talking about him because of his romance with Past Gyrus.

She likes teasing her friends, mainly Kodya, but is very compassionate and supportive when she needs to be. She has issuses with her confidence in her inuition (her power to predict the future) but displays confidence in her healing abilities. Nephthys has a desire to help others, sometimes expressing regret that she is a healer and can't do much in the way of combat.

The following contains major spoilers for Room of Swords. It's recommended that you are up tp date with the comic before auditiong for this role.
Don is a musician and gardener from Mexico in the 1950's. His powers classify him as a bard- he has the ability to alter reality through song, most often by singing. Don appears to be a kind, compassionate person who just wants to help everyone in the Room of Swords get home, even taking on the role as a leader of sorts to others. However, his friendly attitude is merely a facade- Don is an incredibly manipulative, power-hungry man who uses others to acheive his goals. Don's real motive, in short, is to regain his full power and reconstruct the whole of reality as he sees fit. He thinks of himself as a god, and is overly confident in his power. The very root of his deranged power trip lies with his regrets in not being able to save his family being killed by anomalies (presumably) however this hasn't been fully explored in the story at this point.

One is the boss of the Eye Realm. She's intimidating- her presence matches her enormous physical stature. Her composure is usually composed and in control, however it's easilly broken when she is angered enough. She views others as disposable and seems to only care about power.

Two is a warden in the Eye Monster realm. As her name suggests, she is second in command. She is feared by nearly everyone except Three, who she has a sort of sibling rivalry with, and is said to be One's favorite. Two enjoys being in charge and having power over others- in fact, she's entertained by it. She's also entertained by the suffering of others, often taunting her opponent while fighting. She doesn't care about anyone but herself and is willing to go as far as murder to get what she wants. She's snarky, rude, and self absorbed.

Three is a warden in the Eye Realm. As his name suggests, he is third in command. Unlike One and Two, he seems to be respected and liked by other giants to some degree, although there is still an aspect of fear in how those lower than him view him. Three values right and wrong more than power- manners are important to him, and he's willing to bargin with Two share the throne with her. Despite this, he's overconfident in his own abilities, has a short temper, and seems to find the suffering of his opponents amusing. He's especially sensitive to having his intellignence insulted (he, unfortunately, isn't the brightest.)

Four is the fourth in command in the Eye Monster realm. He seems to have a lot of respect for those higher ranked than him, and has authority over lower ranked giants. He has a more militant personality than the other giants.
